Not clean, no help, torn down room, good AC

I think the advertisement was misleading because they didn’t state that it’s under construction. The hallways smelled of marijuana and the beds are extremely hard. The refrigerator in my room was very dirty.

My room was cleaned very well but cigarette burns throughout room..sink.tub carpet burns.

Room smelled. Holes in the carpet. Holes in the TV console. Broken counter. Not worth. I just needed a place to crash for the night. Was too tired to go elsewhere. Do not recommend. Was not that cheap to deserve this.

My only thing was it stated that breakfast was included and it wasn't. It was so quiet there and they were remodeling. I didn't like the treatment being received by other guest as if they didn't realized the place was be remodeled!!

I was very disappointed in my stay at Sonesta. The night my daughter and I made it to the hotel, after traveling into town, the person at the front desk was not pleasant as I checked into the room. Once we made it to the hotel, our bed seemed clean and inviting and the air conditioner worked well. Those are about the only complements I can provide. The facilities in the room were not clean. The toilet seat was dirty and had urine droplets on it. The TV did not work. The room was dusty and dirty, like no one had been in there in quite a while and like it had definitely not been freshened up before we were allowed to stay there. I considered calling the front desk and sharing my complaints but after traveling I was too tired and I had already interacted with an unpleasant staff member. I was simply not up to not having my concerns heard/addressed. I will not be staying in that hotel nor will I recommend it to others.

they had a decent size parking lot and it was in a good location The inside was pretty outdated, and there was a lot of equipment and materials outside as they were renovating the place

That location did not have breakfast. Only a coffee station with Dollar Tree styrofoam cups. My son was move because his first room had: Roaches, Someone’s dirty bikini/underwear left in the room, and stained carpet. Moved to the second room: hair on the tub… he looked over that. Next morning faucet in tub fell apart and couldn’t shower.

Nothing. The entire thing was awful. Hotel had a weird smell, carpets in the room were disgusting.

Old and makes you feel like it was an extended stay . The room quality was extremely poor. If it wasn’t an emergency I would have simply left Rooms made you feel like you were at a corner motel Surprised I didn’t see any bugs

It’s an outdated hotel. It was going under renovations while I was there.

They was remodeling the second floor smelt just like paint beds was very old and uncomfortable. Furniture is old paint chipping no ice machines would I stay here again certainly not was very unhappy. our room door could barely shut. We had to slam it to make sure it was closed. It was very unsecure. Never will. I stay here again and for the price it should’ve been better.

I’d stay again, had no complaints. Room was clean & everything worked.
