The pool was cloudy, tyou couldn't even see the stairs to step into the pool.The ac in our room smelled like mold when it ran. The continental breakfast was not a thing even though the ementities said it was there and we even got the tickets for it upon ariving. We were not told where our room was, or wifi password if there was one. The odors in the hallway were horrible. And our room key only worked when it wanted to. It really did not make for a nice stay.

First room we were given was dirty, had bugs, and pubic hair on the nightstand. Second room was a little cleaner, still had fruit flies in the bathroom. Not a great anniversary gift for my wife. Night was ruined and we will NEVER be using this place again...

Pool and air conditioning. Everything. Nice people.

Bathroom-very small, you had to stand beside the toilet to close the door. Towels all over, not neat. Hot tub-What hot tub? Closed!!!!!!!!!!!!! person in little building beside pool never helped! Not informed at desk when registering!! Pool-was a distance from the room. seniors were put at rear of building!! Breakfast-no one to help in area except person gathering tickets. No hot water!! Asked for my bill when leaving and he refused! Finally gave me my bill which read $62 USD. Received my credit card info and was charged $117.33 CDN This is almost double!@ Exchange should be around 1.35 The place looks really rundown!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Would like to be reimbursed in some way for what we experienced at CLARON!!!! Not a good experience!

Everything was wonderful and I enjoyed my stay.

Location and price Hotel was dated, not well upkept, rooms only got cleaned every 4th day

Staff are very helpful and professional

Understand that its under construction but the hallways were dark and damp. Staff was not easily identifiable so I thought I was being followed/observed by a random man who was staff. Black curlies in the bed, dust bunnies, stale air from the air conditioner that smelled of mildew. Trash in parking area was extensive. Found out after the fact that this hotel hosts a swingers event once a month which is probably the only way they stay in business. Hot tub was out of order and a maniacal laugh coming from nowhere emanating in the pool area. It was a toddlers ride toy. I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't haunted.

Over half the place was under renovation. Or first room the toilet wasn’t functional ( they had us in the renovation side). Our next room was still in the renovation side and smelled like smoke ( cigarette). I know there were renovated rooms and was wondering way we didn’t get one of those. The only thing that was pretty good was the pool. Pictures on the website are decorating deceiving.

The room seemed clean enough except for the microwave problem but the bath sink drain was so slow that the sink would fill up while running the water waiting for it to get hot. The telephone had no dial tone and did not work.

comfortable room security, wires hanging everywhere outside my room, i had a doorwall I could not open to an overgrown courtyard, I was fearful on if a fire started, I would not be able to leave my room.Windows were boarded up across the court yard. A hotel that is under construction at this extent should not be renting rooms.

Location Price goes up every week and the conditions of the hotel are not improving

Good great and excellent service

67 years old and was placed on second floor all the way to the end. Was to far to walk back and forth to elevator for pool or breakfast. No near by vending machines or ice Bed cover was stained. No shower wash very very small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. One wash cloth. Window blinds were ripped. Did not enjoy my stay

It was ok. The bathroom was gross!
