Black mole in room around window, neighbors were loud, no security on the doors. This place was supposedly under construction. We expected a little better.

The pool area was very nice, the breakfast was decent, loved that there was flavored creamer for my coffee, it is outdated, but good for a night stay. Just outdated, looks like they are working on some areas around the hotel, though. The room and beds were clean, the shower head not the greatest.

Not what I would expect from a Clarion. Very disappointed. That name once meant clean and well-kept properties.

Staff were nice. Hotel itself is very run down. Our room smelled like smokers had been in it.

The stay wasn’t great this time. Hot tub was down, staff were not helpful and had attitudes when asked for toiletries and clean linen. The bathroom in the room was dirty. Shower curtain had so many stains on it, the sink was stopped up. I’ll pay the extra price next time to have a better stay. I won’t be back.
