Staff very friendly

The building is run down when you walk down the hallways should be the first sign to check out,the hallways smells, the carpet in the hallways are old and visibly dirty. The elevator is old and loud the door opens before you arrive at the floor. The rooms are remolded but are dirty has an odor, spider webs and dead bugs in the window. The view of the courtyard is horrific. The curtains have visible stains and are severely discolored. The WiFi was super slow. This build should be investigated and recommended for complete demolition. Also the people who stay at this hotels look sketch as hell, you will not feel safe. There are old abandoned cars on the property with flat tires no plates. I demanded a refund but I guess I selected the non refundable rate but I figured they needed the money to stay a float.

We spent 10 days and had no issues. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The kids loved the indoor pool and weight room...Plan on staying again next year!

The stay was nice staff was very helpful! Hotel is under renovation in some areas overall hotel stay was great

The staff was very pleasant so our first impression was nice. Our first room was so bad we needed to move. The 2nd room was barely tolerable but we were stuck. The Kitchen was usable & pots were provided but microwave needed to be wiped down as it still had fingerprints all over. The room was dirty around the floor edges - we did not want to be barefoot, the bathroom tub was rusty & old, the curtains were torn so light came thru. There was a smell in the hallway that another guest complained about and the staff simply used industrial cans of Febreeze to fix it & closed our hallway temporarily! There was trash in the stairwell that was never picked up in the 4 days we were there. Windows outside were falling apart. Our bathroom mirror would not stay on. It would randomly go off for a few seconds & then back on which was scary when showering and annoying when trying to do makeup. I would never go there again

I consider the money lost a donation to Expedia.

From the outside, you can see that many rooms are not in use. There are torn curtains, pillows shoved into the spaces where ac units once were and trash piles in what was once a courtyard. Hallways smell of food that leaks in from the restaurant next door and it’s not a good smell. Trash cans were places in the middle of the hallways to catch rain that leaked in. It seems as though restoration is happening, but the quality of the work being done is not the best. Ethernet cables are stapled to interior walls along the hallways. In my opinion, they should close the hotel until it’s ready for the public.

Clean room quite good access to restaurants

We did not use the pool.

Some staff were great, but most were rude and didn’t want to be there. Breakfast was a joke, the only edible thing was the waffle you make yourself. The hotel itself is extremely outdated and needs a remodel. The room was fine, but the sheets were dirty and needed to be changed. Housekeeping brought them up for us and left them for us to change the sheets. The pool was surprisingly decent. The “gym” is just a small box in the pool area. Nice to have but with no air flow it was very stuffy. They make you put a deposit on the room and then when you call tell you it could take five days and to call them back if it’s still there. Overall horrible experience and will never stay there again.

Disappointed that there was construction, leaky roof, pool noise until late at night, hot tub signage and advertising but not available, and an elevator that made my husband fear for his life.

Staff the lady that checked us in was nice but we did have some rude staff members at least would assume they were staff as no one had a uniform. Pool was nice. It was very loud at times as the rooms are not well insulated.

Barhroom smelled like urine. I left a day early.

bring extra towels
-
Half or more of the building is "under construction" including the pool area which was not only disappointing but also left

The kitchenette
-
The only thing that was missing in the kitchen is dish soap to wash the dishes and a contemporary oil, salt and paper…
-
Very pleasant, no hassle stay. I will likely book again on my next trip to Lansing.
