Fairfield Inn & Suites Lansing West

THe fact that hte message light kept flashing on the phone and when I called the desk they said that happens. And the fan in the bathroom quit working.

The beds was comfortable, it was clean, it was quite, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was great The only thing I had a problem with is for some reason the pictures showed a pool and said it had a pool but no pool

Staff member looking after the breakfast was super friendly and helpful and kept the entire area stocked and clean

Also our TV would randomly shut off while we were watching it

Good location. Friendly staff. The room we stayed in I found the beds were really low to the ground. Wish they were higher.

Nice breakfasts

Looking at my invoice, there was a $20 charge for incidentals. Instead of refunding it, they charged it again. I’m going to give it a day or so to see if that changes. If not, I’m definitely calling them. We didn’t do anything extra and the front desk clerk said it would be refunded. We’ll see!

On a positive note, check-in receptionist Chris Christen was professional, friendly, efficient and engaging. All the staff were great

It will be nice when the pool is functional, the breakfast was excellent with healthy choices. Good coffee.

I loved staying there. I was there for 4 days. Single woman by myself, always felt safe. Great location close to restaurants, banks, Starbucks, the mall, the highway. Staff was excellent and the other guest were friendly. Room was clean, I used the air conditioning and the heat, both worked great. Breakfast was always hot and fresh, and I didn't show up till the last hour. I would appreciate more variety of fresh fruits. I would book this place every time I needed to come to Lansing or the surrounding area.

Cleaning service and towel supply was a problem, otherwise it was a great stay.
