The staff lady on duty was super nice and tried her best to help. The ac in our room was broken from the time we checked in had someone come fix it they said it was fixed but it was not the room was 80 degrees and we could not.open the windows due to no screens. I wanted coffee, but the coffee pit was very dirty, and black stuff was coming out of it before I used it. The ice maker in the freezer had mold coming out on my ice. Then, when I was at breakfast, i got me some orange juice, and there were curdles in side of the juice. The coffee in the lobby was nasty and always piss worm not hot. The hair dried did not work. There was trash all outside of the hotel all around the hotel. I know they are remodeling, but they can at least pick up all the trash and glass on the outside

The room was clean and newly renovated which was a plus. I have stayed at this property a few times and it's always a good experience.

The hotel is under construction & the 2 room suite I paid for in January for our May stay wasn't available. They fail to inform me until I showed up. Gave me two regular rooms & said I would get a credit but have yet to receive they different. Their solution of 2 rooms was very inconvenient. I was traveling with my 81 year old mother currently diagnosed with Afid & my son who is a type 1 diabetic. I needed direct access to both in case of a medical emergency. Plus the work done was poor or incomplete, the window was broken in one of the rooms & the fridge dented & TV stand had a broken board in the other. Breakfast was terrible. Everything was cold. Terribly disappointed.

I had no real problems with the property. It was visible that they were doing upgrades and it was signs posted everywhere. The inside of the hotel was clean, the room was spotless. The only complaint is that on the last day, the water in one of our bathrooms went out mid shower, so had to go over to the other bathroom and finish. Besides that the stay and room was great!

We absolutely loved the staff and how great everything looked with the remodeling! No hot tub/Jacuzzi because of the remodel. Not a huge loss but a bit of a bummer. We would have liked a room with a bath tub instead of just the shower.

Remodel and no pool. And did not inform me through Expedia!

Front entrance door not in service (does not open automatic). Not in compliance with ADA. You must tug on the door and hurt your hand and I broke a nail. lighting through out the hall is dim and dark, you feel like you are in a garage parking lot. I check in and entered the room and the bedding was musty and soiled. Next morning I ask for them to change bedding. I stayed for three weeks and they cleaned the room four times. Mid-stay they ask me to change rooms due to building construction concerns. Due to poor house keeping I ran out of toilet paper. This was the worst Residence Inn I stayed in and I travel multiple states per year for work.

When I finally got to our assigned room at 2 a.m., the door was wide open like anyone could just walk in. Inside, the bed had no sheets, the bedding was filthy like someone had slept there before without changing anything, and every drawer and cupboard was left open. It felt like walking into a nightmare of filth and neglect. This is beyond unacceptable—it’s a serious health hazard. I immediately reported this to Danie at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and understanding. She listened carefully, apologized sincerely, and quickly arranged for us to be moved to clean rooms. Her kindness and professionalism were the only bright spots in this awful situation. Then, after barely five hours of restless, gross sleep, someone else tried to get into our room, claiming it was theirs. This level of chaos and disregard for basic hygiene and security is appalling. The reason I originally booked a 2-bedroom suite was because I had a younger female with me so we could stay together for safety and comfort. But when we got moved to new rooms, she had to be separated, and then someone actually opened her door trying to get in. That made the whole situation even more unsettling and stressful.
