Everything was perfect! And I’m picky!

Location and room were good. Breakfast is limited but good enough to start the day. Staffs were like tired and not so happy seeing the guests at the checkin counter.

Breakfast was good, dining area clean, our first room furnace was all apart and laying in room, second room was worn and dirty. So disappointed.

Amazing stay in would stay again

Had an issue with the room i booked (lighting went out, probably a fuse issue) and the staff had no problem giving me a new room. Very friendly and eager to help.

In room #202 toilet was not flushing so we had to use lobby toilet and pull out couch was very dirty from inside. Staffs were nice.

The pull out was stained with pee, could only turn the air to 68° a day never even got cooler than 70°. Lastly the toilet kept running and the swishing half flush. I know you get what you pay for but it was gross and will not be back.

Staff service at front desk was excellent.

I liked everything about the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. I have no complaints.

Clean and spacious- well designed. Good breakfast. Quality property. We had a double bed suite and we weren’t able to get bedding for the pull out bed. It was situational as the hotel was full. But my son was without pillows and blankets all night.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past ten years. Always comfortable beds and nice linens. Rooms clean and spacious. Quiet and nice grounds to walk our dog. Dining options in close proximity.

The room was a nice size. The beds were comfortable. The room was worn and not terribly clean. It felt like it really needed a good deep cleaning, more in depth vacuuming scrubbing. The hotel is just getting older. The breakfast was mediocre, but there were choices. It wasn't bad, it just needed a little love. And for the price and location, it was fine.

The layout of the suite was very nice. It was very spacious. "Lucy" was very rude on the day of my arrival. Later on that evening Lucy was also rude to my friend that I traveled with. Lucy was a little better the next day I encountered her. But on that Thursday evening, even the other guest at the front desk looked at my friend and I in disbelief.

Easy access, easy check in, everything was comfortable.

We love staying here, it is usually our last night to stay after a road trip. Great value. Clean, big rooms, comfortable.

When I got to the room I was impressed with the size of it. The furniture needs some TLC (stains on the couch, shades dirty and carpet wasn’t very clean). There were some obvious signs of leakage in the ceiling with brown spots and soft areas. The bathroom is out of date and really needs some help. The bed was comfortable and 2 TVs in the room along with a fridge and microwave were convenient. The air conditioning definitely works well! The breakfast was great with waffles, eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. I appreciated that it was all hot and that the older breakfast attendant was friendly and engaged with guests. Overall my stay was good for a 1 night stay. Price was reasonable but with updates to this property it could be fantastic.

breakfast quality is bad Stale bagels and muffins eggs not eatable .really really bad. It use to be good a few years ago. Also price for the room was up by $200 .
