Quality Suites Lansing West

This property could use a few upgrades. The couch was worn and dated. Carpet was yucky. I usually stay here on my annual visit w family - but found a discrepancy with my booking and am hoping to be refunded. If not I will book elsewhere next year

Convenient location. Good breakfast. Nice walking trails nearby. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. I frequently stay here as it’s halfway from my home to family in Wisconsin

They had a hot breakfast, but it was nothing like they used to have in the past where he cooked a order what you wanted and there wasn’t a hors d’oeuvre and drink time like it used to be in the past I miss that

Quick and easy, check-in, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, easy parking and your standard continental breakfast. Everything was perfect.

Everything was nice, but the air conditioning in the rooms was a bit noisy.

Great front desk staff! Lovely space for breakfast.

Everything was fine except the AC and the tv had a weak signal most channels didn't work. Minor adjustments to a good experience.

Smelled like smoke. Rooms are VERY dated.

The breakfast was great. The lobby was nice . No pool. Rooms were nice. If you plan on using the pull out sofa you need to go to the front desk for the sheets. Overall, a good hotel.

Breakfast not good, room is old Pillows awful and rooms old and hotel, Front desk excellent Air conditioner didn't work, old, bathrooms old , beds not comfortable, will not be staying at this location ever again. Only thing good is staff!

Trying to be embassy suites but not even close. Not very clean. Unfriendly staff and badly maintained a/c.

Everything was perfect! And I’m picky!

Breakfast was good, dining area clean, our first room furnace was all apart and laying in room, second room was worn and dirty. So disappointed.

Amazing stay in would stay again

In room #202 toilet was not flushing so we had to use lobby toilet and pull out couch was very dirty from inside. Staffs were nice.

Staff service at front desk was excellent.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past ten years. Always comfortable beds and nice linens. Rooms clean and spacious. Quiet and nice grounds to walk our dog. Dining options in close proximity.
