Quality Suites Lansing West

Very nice sheets and towels. Very quiet room on the first floor.

There were stains on the bedding, the floor, and furniture. The AC only blew hot air and when we opened the window to get cool air in, it had no screen in it so we either had to be hot, or cool off with bugs flying in through our window.

The staff was friendly and moved us next door. There was a sofa Inn there front room. The seat was hard as a rock while the backrest was soft pillows. But really a comfortable sofa. The bed was even harder. The bathroom was extremely tiny. And in the morning I found a large wolf spider in the tub. The water pressure was really low and i coukd not get the water warm enough for my liking. The air conditioner did not work properly so the room was very warm all night. Breakfast was good. Plenty of selection.

This hotel is well maintained and very comfortable. It is within walking distance of Horrock's which is an excellent place for travellers to get excellent take-out food. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast was not supplied with non-dairy milks. Most hotels now have them for the benefit of vegan travellers. But overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

I noticed no paper towels in the public restroom. This was mentioned to the desk staff, however no paper towels were to be found the entire 5 night stay. We did have coffee packets in our room, but no coffee maker. There was scrap paper and a used water bottle under the bed in our room. The rug was a bit sticky, but the bathroom was clean and the beds were fine. The breakfast did not offer decaf coffee. I tried the instant oatmeal, but the hot water container held lukewarm water at best. Parking was fine. Location was great.

The suite beds were double beds not queen beds.

Was there for just a quick overnight. The hotel was easy on and off to I-69/96. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I think this was an old Embassy Suites. Nice stay for the price. Very clean and spacious suite. Towels towels were a little worn.
