Air conditioning is bad

A lot of trash … blood in the parking lot. Pot holes the size of craters. Ben was wet & bathroom was dirty… Everything I stated above.

Good location, great for the price The water was shut off when I wanted a shower other than that not bad

I like the pricing The facility has pot holes on the road when you enter the hotel, got a non smoking room but it smelled of old cigarettes which gave me a headache the whole time there.

Location Fooms were not the cleanest a/c didn't work

We were forced to book another hotel --through expedia--upon arriving and seeing a trailer full of cats, the desk staff smoking, doors with destroyed paint, pothole ridden parking lot. The place is awful and we would have felt unsafe and exposed to smoke and cat fur (one of our family members has severe allergies). I didn't even go in. I left a voicemail canceling our stay. Regrettably I didn't say why. I will be disputing the charges.

Bad odour in the room

Wasnt hassled. Easy check in and the women at check in was extremely nice and friendly The TV was old and couldn't change channel

They really don't want pets here or your business

The front desk staff person was nice and efficient. The stairway up to the 2nd floor had piles of trash, the doorlock dis not appear secure, the bedding was stained/dirty, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling. There were quite a few vehicles of people that seemed to be loitering.

We ended up not staying after about 1-2 hours because of the smell. We have reached out to management multiple days in a row and still no call back or refund as we didn’t stay. Also the people that are there are unsavory, there were some people hanging out with their doors open to their rooms and had beach chairs outside of their rooms etc. didn’t feel safe.

Heater didnt work well at all

The towels were fluffy and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The outside of the building had a lot of cigarette butts on the ground. Could have used a bar of soap for the sink to wash our hands.
