Staff was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. The toilet ran after a flush no matter how much you wiggled the handle or even looked at shortening the flush chain. The toilet sat so very low to the ground it was like being on a kindergarten toilet. The television changer was difficult to maneuver, often making the available channels only audio. I'm glad the rooms were smoke free, but the constant smell of marijuana when you exited the room was strong. This is a complaint I have of Michigan in general. It really flares my asthma.

Location Smell of the room. Rug on the floor was wet. Room was musty and damp. No soap.

Walls were clean, somewhat modern Coffee machine full of sludge. Very old pillows. No soap or shampoo of any kind in shower.

The bed was comfortable There was a random child's sock in the corner of the room when I arrived which didn't give me much faith in the cleanliness, and then on the last day I saw a couple tiny roaches. Which.... ew. You see one of those and you just know its infested. Also there were loud arguments outside my room at 2am both nights of my stay, which was relatively scary as a solo traveler.

Very hard to get room cleaned an trash removed. No clean towels everyday very flat pillows they had no extra pillows.cleaned my own room for the 4 days I was there, had to go buy my own towels and cleaning supplies. I needed a late check out for a hour but the staff said they don't have late check out but it says they do on their website and policy
