Hampton Inn & Suites Lansing West

Beautiful hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and beds. Great breakfast and coffee always available!. Friendly, helpful staff.

Had some issues with checking in on the app so I wasn’t able to check in at 3:00, instead I checked in at 4 at the desk. Room was nice, clean. The vinyl on the bench in the room was cracked and in severe disrepair otherwise the room was nice. Bed and pillows clean and comfortable.

Very good

Everything it was very clean

Great friendly staff

Brian was very friendly and helpful! Nothing

I’m glad we only stayed one night. There was dust piled up under the beds. The carpet was dirty as well as the bathroom floor. The breakfast was good and lots of room to eat. There was no luggage carts when we left. I asked the staff if they had anymore and they were less than helpful. There was a huge pothole in the parking lot that flooded with water. Not terrible but probably would be if we had stayed longer.

Great!

Good value for the money spent. Everything was clean and smelled nice. The breakfast buffet was one of the better ones I’ve had too.

Superb

Friendly helpful staff with spacious clean quiet rooms and comfortable rooms. The toilets are exceptionally low though.

our room was clean. there was a mix up with our booking as we had booked an accessible room through hotels but were given a regular room. However that was quickly taken care of and our stay was comfortable. The breakfast room is spacious and cheerful with the actual food in an adjoining room which was quite nice. The breakfast itself was minimal compared to some I have had but it was fine for our purposes.

Please repair the cushions on the benches in the rooms as they are torn up. Food excellent HOT. Rooms clean. Staff excellent care! Convenient off the interstate with plenty of places to eat within 5-10 min. We will stay there again.

We had a nice time staff was very nice the room was clean bed was comfortable we will definitely stay again bonus there next door to Horrecks very cool place

Everything was nice except for the price. Only stayed one night and then moved to a different hotel that was much less expensive.

Location... Re: Room 426 Lansing West The bed was lumpy and the sheets exhibited pilling. The sheets needed replacement. My wife and I removed the comforter and use a tan blanket on the bed for the night. The dark carpet was not disgusting, it was worse than that. Enough said...

Pleasant

Good breakfast with a nice room to eat in. Room was quiet.

Exceptional

It was very clean. It had a nice variety of options. More fresh fruit.
