It was great to see that the hotel is doing some updates, lately hotels have been going down hill.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

It was ok for a one night stay, no vending machines and only lobby floor ice. major renovations are going on. Staff was friendly and helpful, bedroom was extremely clean.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

They were doing renovations at the property so there definitely was a strong paint odor. The rooms themself were clean and new but there were areas that still needed a lot of work. Mattresses were outside from the renovation. For it not being completed I wish they would have discounted the price bc it definitely wasn’t worth the cost.

They are in the middle of remodeling.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

They were renovating but we checked out our first room and it was very disgusting. The only clean part of this place was the breakfast area. Wish it had better breakfast tho. Also the pool area smelled musty and the pool it’s self was gross it was cloudy and stuff at the bottom and hair on the side of the pool.

Nice place, staff was great to deal with if/when needed. Place was under remodel/comstruction. Was in a newly renovated suite which was very nice, breakfast was good and on time daily. Would highly recommend this hotel

We will start off as we were at the property for 2 days, we stayed in a king size suite with jetted tub. The facet on the jetted tub was completely not attached. Comes right off. The shower door won’t stay closed we had to use a wash rag to jam in the door to keep it closed , the mattress was so hauled out it was like sleeping on a wave of cotton, it was rippled and we had to sleep on the edges because if you rolled to the middle you would sink in . The tv was the size of my iPad not really but probably a 32” very hard to see with the rip tide bed . Let’s not to mention our neighbors playing music at 3am and banging and rattling against the wall as we couldn’t sleep, we called front desk and they said “oh okay” . I said something the next morning to the front desk and she said “oh so sorry” The outlets are all sunk in good luck plugging anything in.

The first night they put us in a smaller room because they said they had issues with the room we were to get. As they were remolding it. Yes they did have issues with all 3rd floor rooms most were not ready to be used yet they still advertised them. The only good thing was we got new beds. The parking lot needs help pot hole central and be careful were you park to as construction equipment and containers take up half of the parking so the parking lot looks trashy. The bed sheets had blood stains on them and the tub never drains unless you put something to hold the plug up. The pool was very tiny for as many people there was staying. You could also smell the chlorine too. The elevator was really slow. Oh and they allowed people smoking by the front door and it’s not the smoking area but they didn’t care about enforcing that. Also since I didn’t get the room I booked for and was put in another room I didn’t receive a price adjustment at all. So beware they won’t give discount on false advertising

We didn’t even get the right room we booked the first night was thrown into a smaller room without even a price adjustment. The next morning we got our room however the door handle to get out of the room fell off and so we got locked in our room, there was no phone to call front desk thank god for cellphones that made it easy to call front desk. They did fix the door handle after that. Our shower also wouldn’t drain unless you held the drain up. The room I paid for was to have a full sized fridge ours didn’t and we once again we didn’t get a price adjustment for that either. We were told they didn’t have rooms like that however I booked online and they advertised it that way. I even showed the front desk and they still wouldn’t believe me. We did find the room that had the full size fridge on the first floor that was given to another party. So be careful you might not get your room you booked online and still have to pay the price as they won’t do anything for you at the front desk.

The rooms was getting remodeled so they have potential... but our rooms never got cleaned in 3 days had to ask for fresh towels daily. Just need to to basic stuff to make the stau better . But they have potential to be a nice hotel but customer service sucks !!!

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

It was fine, but we won’t stay there again. It was run down and is in the middle of a renovation so there was junk everywhere. The TV’s were awful- small and had lines going through every channel. The pool was extremely small. The whole property smelled like weed.

    It was worth the money

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

It was fine for the price we paid and the location was convenient for us. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean. The parking lot needed repair. Some patrons partied in the parking lot during the night. They left trash & beer cans scattered all over. No one had picked them up in the morning when we left.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

There was no hot tub. The pull out couch was broken and the mattress was stained various disgusting colors. The AC didn't work. Staff was extremely friendly and as helpful as they could be.
