The room and the whole facility was clean and neat

Location was near my needs. Parking lot is a pothole haven. The room accommodations are dated and under-maintained.

My room had a tv that barely worked, it had lines a poor picture quality. I also had trouble even getting the tv to turn on. the only switch in the bathroom that worked was the one with the fan and it was loud and clunky, the other light didn’t work

The Hot Tub Suite and the private pool area! That we couldn’t stay longer!

There was no hot tub. The pull out couch was broken and the mattress was stained various disgusting colors. The AC didn't work. Staff was extremely friendly and as helpful as they could be.

The location was great for what we needed. The breakfast had a decent selection and was edible. My room had a weird sticky substance in the living room area on the floor and the tvs couldn't keep a clear picture at all. The room was tolerable for the short stay but it definitely needs some upgrades and better cleaning

Very clean, room was nice and spacious!! Pool area was clean and the heat from the pool was a plus!!

Friendly and helpful staff; bathroom updated, breakfast, and comfortable bed. Pull-out sofa bed was not very comfortable; poor lighting in portion of room outside the bedroom; no shelf in shower to put soap and shampoo.

The bed was comfy! They need to get the carpets clean & update aott of stuff , mainly their tvs & jacuzzi!

The hotel was very nice and clean staff was very friendly and polite pool was warm and clean

The workers where nice The parking lot was tore right up and there was construction stuff everywhere. The room was run down and outdated.

Weird guys by pool dont go to pool by your self with kids .

The rooms had white staines on the chair and couch. The upstairs had a weird smell to it. The main reason we stayed here was because online it said handicap accessible pool and when we asked the staff about the lift they didn't have a clue on how or if it even worked. Two days later they figured out that no one new where the battery was for it so my daughter who is in a wheelchair who was looking forward to getting in the pool could not. Will never be staying here again.
