The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful.

Our flight was cancelled so we needed a hotel for the night. Crown plaza was available and they didn’t disappoint. It was reasonably priced, clean and updated. It was comfortable and the staff were friendly. They offered free snacks in the evening for all guests and what most impressed us is the free breakfast. It wasn’t your normal complimentary service. It was a sit down restaurant called Kindred Table and they offered a full menu. You could order anything you wanted. Exceptional place and we will stay again!

I have a 3 star review due to the floor being soaked at the end of the stairs my wife slipped and hurt herself and broke her phone as well no one was to concerned about her as they gave her a bag of ice and left the floor all wet

Crowne Plaza IHG saved us and then some. Also had a great - but a tad pricey - buffet breakfast. A coffee bar in the lobby would have been nice, but will book here again for sure.

I liked that the rooms were clean and large. When I left my room, I often met someone. Breakfast was not included in my room stay. I choose the buffet. There were not microwaves in the rooms and you had to to the marketplace to heat your food.

Graduation weekend for MSU. Easy to get there and welcomed us with MSU cookies from the MSU Bakery.
