I have a 3 star review due to the floor being soaked at the end of the stairs my wife slipped and hurt herself and broke her phone as well no one was to concerned about her as they gave her a bag of ice and left the floor all wet

Crowne Plaza IHG saved us and then some. Also had a great - but a tad pricey - buffet breakfast. A coffee bar in the lobby would have been nice, but will book here again for sure.

There were not microwaves in the rooms and you had to to the marketplace to heat your food.

Graduation weekend for MSU. Easy to get there and welcomed us with MSU cookies from the MSU Bakery.

No breakfast but all else was great, never went to hot tub or pool area!

We absolutely loved our stay! The beds were so comfortable and the hotel was extremely clean

Room service was decent could’ve used more towels in room two queen beds four guests but only three towels. The kids running the halls ding ding ditching our room all night long

Arrived earlier than check in and was provided all 3 rooms which was unexpected but a bonus. Jaron at the front desk was pleasant and helpful . Wish I could have used the pool, looked fantastic

Absolutely beautiful, well kept, clean looking and smelled nice No microwave in the rooms. A little inconvenient.
