Also, when you come off the elevator or out of your room the hallway stunk of marijuana really really bad. If you are not a smoker, it made me nauseous. Would help if they had something to purify the air in the hallways and that was on floor four!!!!!

Clean spacious rooms, check in process was easy, water pressure wasn't the best but comfortable bed and pillows

Breakfast was delicious and the staff was respectful & kind. Would definitely stay here again being that it is so commutable to DC.

Definitely need improvement in maintenance. Stay was for two days and Breakfast was a terrible experience on both days. Options were limited and appliances such as toaster and waffle maker were so slow causing the long queue/wait. On day one Bread and similar items were out for 20-30 mins and refilled just 15 mins before breakfast closure time and then slow appliance on top of that resulted in long wait. Despite the issues neither there was an apology nor any extension to the breakfast window. On day two same situation, there was no bread and related items, no waffle mix and no milk available for 30 mins and despite multiple complaints there was no refill for the next 30 mins. In this time only coffee, diluted juices and dry cereal and scrambled eggs with another non vegetarian option was available. essentially nothing if you are vegetarian or for kids. Does not recommend the property.

Environment is not depicted properly in the website photos. Very warn building needing upgrades. Breakfast available until 9 am.

Staff was nice. Check in took a bit. Great breakfast. Pool was cold.

Bathtubs need to be clean they might have try to clean it but it’s still look dirty

It was quiet, and the indoor pool was a nice touch. This is our go to when we travel in the DMV

Wonderful and cheap

First off, I would like to say the staff at this property are doing the best they can with what they’ve been given. This hotel is the most run down property I’ve stayed at. You can only do so much to tidy up a place when that is so obviously in need of repair. Also, for some reason the roughness of the property has seemed to draw a rough crowd. Loud verbal fights between guests were common in common areas, and an unhoused man raided the breakfast buffet during the stay of one of our party the day before I arrived. My own neighbors in the adjacent room played incredibly loud music till 11PM and due to the construction I could hear the details of their conversations and interactions until after midnight. This place needs to be shut down, renovated, and re-opened. It’s in too good of a location to be this bad.

We stayed for 8 days on a trip to DC. The rooms were good but a bit dated. Breakfast was good each day and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was nice and it was a nice 10 minute walk to the metro each day. I would not have any problems staying here again.

Stay was good but you can tell the place is in the middle of some work. Pleasant staff and had zero issues.

Hotel was better than expected! Rooms,& lobby was clean look like pictured in the advertisement. Breakfast is limited i stayed 4days. I would diffently stay again. My negative: The location was great But, the hotel is not accessible (no entrence) from the main highway. Without GPS i wouldn't have found my way in or out because i didn't know the area. A bigger hotel sign could greatly improve visibility. Lobby, entence, and hallways smells like weed but visible evidence of people smoking. Overall i would stay again

The hotel isn’t very well maintained. There were many areas that needed improvements. I would not stay there again or recommend it to others.

This was an inexpensive, clean place to stay for a lacrosse tournament. The room was spacious and nice. No carpeting, which I greatly prefer, it's much more sanitary to have hard surfaces. The parking lot was large and seemed to be safe. It appeared to have easy access to the Metro. The guy at the front desk was awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. One legit complaint is I was eating my waffle at about 6:15 and a homeless person walked into the breakfast area with a garbage bag and reached into the sausage dish with his bare hands and took about 30 sausage links. He didn't seem dangerous, and I felt horrible for him, but it was pretty nasty. Other than that, I have no complaints and would stay here again.
