Go 2 hotel by Reliance

This place is run down meth house. We made a reservation. Went back twice and still no rooms available. Asked for a refund. Never received it. The property looked like a walking dead scene. A disgrace to Las Cruces.

I was not allowed to stay in the premises as I was told that the hotel was under renovation.

Dirty, no linens, no soap, not LIGHT in the bedroom, beds had marker, holes and dirt , etc, etc. Lucky us, there was even graffiti in the room!

Property was closed temporarily for renovation ,but booking is still available on 3rd party sites

The lobby smelled like a outhouse and was very dirty

The stay was okay. Everything they said on there website was not available. We didn't have the pool, no breakfast and no elevator which sucks. The hallways where very hot and smelled like smoke.

Buenas tardes, con decirles que mejor tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel era un hotel en pésimas condiciones, nos ofrecía la estancia con desayuno, pues no hubo tal desayuno no había toallas en la habitación y fui a pedir a recepción y cual mi sorpresa me dicen que no hay toallas, me quise tomar un café en la habitación pues no había tazas ni vasos, quisimos hacer uso de la alberca y no tenía agua, que estaba en remodelación según esto pero parecía un hotel en ruinas y usurpado por homeles, pedí reembolso y no quisieron devolverme el dinero.

Horrible lugar , tuve que abandonar sin poder quedarme ahí , la cama sucia me dieron habitación 3 horas más tarde , jamás me hospedaría ahí

Did not like. Run down. Homeless people everywhere. Bad Location.

not enough lighting in the room. no pillowcases on the pillows. No towels in room There was no trashcan in the bathroom. there’s no microwave plate in the microwave. The carpet was ripped. was a cigarette burn on the sheet of one of the beds.

Gave us two towels one was badly damaged. No other towels in the room. No toiletries or facial tissue in the room. No clock or phone sheets had holes in them. Half the room carpet was wet from ac unit and the room smelled like mildew.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I can't express how distressed my family was when we went to the room. There were blown light bulbs in the hallway, fire alarms chirping, and even a section were it looked like there had been an electrical fire. The room was dirty and overall just felt unsafe to be there. We packed up and ran away as fast as possible. A shame that this hotel has the La Quinta brand on it.
