The hotel room was dirty, it had Chex mix cereal on the floor and sticky spots on some of the furniture. The hotel room was reserved for five people, but it had the smallest closet possible so it was very hard for all five members of my family to hang up our clothes and keep them unwrinkled. There was also nowhere else to hang anything. Smallest possible microwave and smallest possible refrigerator in the room as well. For some unknown reason, the TV would turn itself on each night around 2 or 3 o’clock in the morning. I have no idea why this was happening. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. So nothing wrong with the people there at all, it’s just that you could tell whoever built and owns the property cut a lot of corners and went with the cheapest possible things for the rooms.

The hotel was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location did not have many food options.

At check in the front desk didn't know the price of having pets on a daily rate. No one was at front desk and there was no bell to get anyone's attention. The staff member that made breakfast was nice and made sure there was plenty of food. I saw a team member brushing her hair in the kitchen area. Patio area was a mess.

It’s a very clean, comfortable hotel. The kids had fun in the pool and we all enjoyed the hottub snd sauna. Excellent location. A new favorite!

After a long day on the road, we were happy to have a place to lay our heads for the night! The filtered water machine was an awesome addition to fill us up for the road!

Definitely the place to stay in Las Vegas, NM.

So the overall stay was an ok stay, but we chose this location based on the price and because of the pool. Little did we know the pool was drained the morning after we arrived. So with that being said we would have not paid for additional nights had we known that. It was kind of disappointing not to stay and enjoy another night at this hotel. Also there was not enough towels and the beds didn’t have sheets when we arrived

The property was clean, actually it’s probably one of the nicer hotels in town. Right off the main road so you can get where you wanna go pretty quick, the lobby looked amazing, we were looking forward to breakfast. Overall it is a nice place to stay. The staff was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, but the parking was okay but too many buses and so you could not find a parking spot.
