Comfortable, modern, room felt elegant for the price, good value for money Pool and hot tub area needed cleaning. Wi-fi did not work. Lots of remodeling. No hot water on last morning

Breakfast was okay Lighting in the room was poor. No light switch on the wall when you enter the room. It was eliminated because the was a cover plate covering the electrical box. The switch for the lamp on the desk area was an inline switch on the electrical cord. during the day the lighting was okay because you can open the blind over the window.

Location and staff Seemed a little run down

When I checked in my, I had a room that had previously had a dog in it and I got bit by fleas. They moved me immediately, But I got bit all over my feet, ankles and legs. The pool and jacuzzi seemed dirty. I saw bug crawling around.

So easy to get to since it is right off the highway. The hotel is being upgraded and looks nice. My room reeked of cigarette smoke. I chose a non-smoking room and the whole facility is supposed to be non-smoking.

No elevator, not enough handicap parking spots. Food service was delayed by half an hour in am. Empty bathroom hair products.
