Excellent front desk staff, very attentive and friendly. Very nice and clean rooms, dog friendly hotel. The free hot soup at 6pm was an extra nice thing that made us feel wellcomed

Very helpful front desk
-
Towels where little old other than that everything else is fine

The rooms were OK unfortunately I was charged twice and it took six days to get my credit back. The pool was cold. The hot tub was too hot. However, the staff was pleasant.
-
The property was conveniently located off the highway. The building is outdated. Not very clean. Staff was only one person and gave me the wrong keys that lead me opening an occupied room. Not happy with that situation.

The hotel is nice
-
No soap in the room, no drinking water available for guests, property is a little run down. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I haven't disliked anything

Very clean facilityand helpful staff.

Not a great place to stay. Dirty, noisy. Staff seemed bothered. The first night our room was an oven. They did switch rooms for our second night and it was much cooler. The hotel seems to have been remodeled and it looks like it was done by people who had no idea what they were doing.

I am submitting this complaint because the condition of my hotel room was unacceptable. Upon entering the room, I found multiple roaches, visible mold, and dirty conditions throughout the room. The bathroom and other surfaces appeared unclean, and the overall condition raised serious concerns about health and sanitation.

Customer service was amazing!

We unfortunately checked in super late or super early however you want to look at it, 1:30am….. gentleman at the desk was super quick and nice to get us into our rooms so we could get some sleep before departing 6-7 hours later.

The rooms were clean and the staff was remarkably friendly! Rooms were definitely not ADA accessible.

Air conditioning was terrible

Canceled stay, staff indicated pool and hot tub were closed , waiting in Wyndham inspector to verify filter was replaced. I rented there because i wanted to utilize the pool a d hot tub. Reserved comfort inn. Additionally she mentioned the hotel next door was part of the days inn, could not be used because individuals paid more to stay. Days inn was approximately 90.00 less then Comfort Inn. I requested my money back and was told they could not because i purchased the insurance. Days inn should note the amenities are not avaliable.

The staff members were all friendly and helpful. The pool was out of ordder. There wee no drawers to put my clothes in. No closet, only a ouple of hooks on the wall.
-
clean lobby, clean room, clean bed no ice pail, no coffee in room, AC marginal, some one tried to park their car in their room across from us, receipt printer broken, pool closed
-
My room was never cleaned up around the pool was not working and had to climb stairs with a special needs child

The staff was patient with me even though I was visibly upset. 1) The only reason we booked this hotel is because online it is listed as having an indoor pool. Both on the app and on their website. When we arrived, we were told that the pool is closed because “they are replacing the jets”. Well, in the other reviews you can see that the pool is unavailable for well over a year! Kids were super upset. 2) This place is expensive for what they offer. In fact, on our trip from Texas to Wyoming, this place was one of the most expensive and lacking quality in everything. Not worth it. 3) The room didn’t even have a teapot or a coffee maker, despite their listing saying otherwise. 4) Breakfast is poor. 5) The first room we were given smelled like someone had smoked there, even though all rooms are listed as non-smoking. It was the closest room to the outside stairs, so maybe the smoke came from there. We had to ask to change to another room.
