This is our go to every time we visit Las Vegas... close enough to the Strip but nice and quiet compared to most of the hotels on the Strip!
-
The property was clean and the service was amazing. Also food was so good and fresh. Loved that they had activities going on all day as well.
-
Clean spacious room and kitchen very nice pool area
-
The room was super clean, and loved that it had a kitchen and living room. I was able to cook breakfast both days. It had all the necessary cookware. The parking and location was great. We got to enjoy the pool. It was nice. There was a stench in the lobby area. Not sure why but it was very strong. We were not able to find the stairs, we stayed on the second floor. The elevator was kind of slow.
-
Customer service was good, it was clean… We were without water and tv for a whole day, and they had construction noise across from the room for the entire stay… very uncomfortable
-
Great value for money. We had a one-bed suite which had a fully fitted kitchen which was very handy (even a dishwasher!). Amenities good, pool not too crowded in mid June. Good location about a 10-15min walk from Excalibur and Luxor hotels on the strip. Ample parking. The menu at the bar/‘restaurant’ could have had a few more options, especially for breakfast. We ended up mainly going to Denny’s which is about a 10 min walk away.

The room is spacious, bed and pillows are OK, sofa bed is better than most. I didnt like that there was too much noise from the unit above us, the floor for them / ceiling for us did all kind of noises when they walked, so it felt like someone was waking right next to you when you were trying to sleep. Microwave was out of commission too. Overall the place is OK but they should try to insulate the rooms better for noise.

I love this place every time i go to vegas! Its my preferred stay.
-
Water got shut off for majority of a day and lost TV for entire day. And of course on the day I was in room
-
Free available parking close to the room. Outdated room amenities and furniture.
-
I was charged $8 for one load and the machine was broken and did not wash my clothes. I was told someone was coming to help me and no one came so I just wasted money I was told someone was coming to assist me in the laundry room and 20 minutes had passed and no one had came

Location, rooms, staff, size of the room. This was the second time my friends & I stayed here. We love it because all if their rooms are suite. They warned us about the construction going on right next door but it turns out to be nothing! It didn’t bother us at all. We'll be back here again if we ever come to Vegas for BTS or not Nothing
