Alot of stay was rude, could not access balcony in our room even though it was listed as a perk and they charged for clean towels and toilet paper which was very weird!

Spring View Suites refused to compensate me or allow me to stay extra hours, and after speaking to Hotel Engine I am still waiting for compensation.

Here were my issues: AC would not go below 74 degrees Most of the outlets did not work Shower handle was broken Only one of the TV’s would work Two of the light switches near the bed did not work I will never stay at Palms Place again. Which is unfortunate because the staff were great. Side note: The valet guys are amazing.

Room was outdated. We called for a backedup sink and they told us we had to go through our host (hotel engine) to put in a request instead of just sending someone to look at it. No housekeeping.
