Had no problems, loved our room. Clean and spacious

Didn’t like that you had to pay for a towel replacement, said it had a washer and dryer but didn’t mention it was for single units only. No house keeping which was horrible because we stayed for 5 days. Had to pay 100+ for it not cool

That’s 3rd party owners this property, if something problems no buddy listen you, my room AC not working, i talk to the reception counter, no buddy fix it,,

Upon arrival, checking wasn't as efficient as it could have been. The carpet in the room was filthy and black. Air vents weren't properly clean. Dust bunnies were visible. Carpet was not vacuumed. Upon check out, receptionist was no friendly nor was ina asked about my stay there. Staff weren't really friendly. I assumed it was due to 4th of July weekend. Hope they can improve customer service. The good thing was complementary valet included in your stay. Overall my experience was appalling.

Very clean the fridge and the stove came in handy, and the view was amazing

I loved loved loved our room and service at Palm Place and miss them !! Everything was perfect, the room was beautiful and the staff was so helpful - will definitely be staying there again !! We were on the 38th floor and the view was crazy !! The valet, luggage crew, check in reception people were the best !! Great job !

Everything went smoothly. Just make sure you bring extra towels, blankets wash, rags because they will not supply it if you book it through the booking site.

Suites were huge, a little worn but overall not bad. Great for large groups or wanting more room.

Many services that are typically expected from a hotel stay come with additional fees. For example, clean towels cost extra, my room was never serviced during my stay, and I was told it would be a cost just to have the bed made. The room itself also showed signs of poor upkeep. The bathroom was dirty, with lime and water spots on the fixtures, and both the sinks and shower drained very slowly. Be sure to understand exactly what is and isn’t included before booking, as the experience may not meet the expectations of a standard hotel stay.

It was a very clean room, nice staff & easy & free parking. Only thing i didn't like was that the balcony wasn't open to everyone. It said balcony view so i was under the impression that we could actually go on it but it was locked.

I loved my stay here.

Only issue I faced was upon check in I had waited until almost 5pm for my room to be ready aka cleaned .

Huge space! loved everything about it, only thing that took me by surprise was there was 2 separate rooms behind a door that locks. I was nice having 2 different spots, just caught me off guard

Filthy place, the place literally has bed bugs.

Amazing place w/ friendly, polite, & professional staff. 💙 Complimentary valet parking. Makes moving in/out very convenient. Although it is free, I feel funny not giving them 💵 everytime we use the service. Would've 💙 for the balcony to be accessible. The Jetted 🛁 seemed unusable. The side was open like it had some work done to it.1st night, the AC weren't working properly. Me & lil one were sweating. But got it fixed next morning. But then, even if the 🛁 was working, the cold air that blows out the AC blows directly to the 🛁. Only way to use it is to turn down the air, in which if & when we did, made the room hot. If you like to be cold while taking a bath, I guess that's fine. Would've worked out if we could've opened the door to balcony, imo. There's also the dirty 🍽 in the cupboard. When time came to use them, we found some sticky stuff on the top plates & bowls. Either way, I always wash off 🍽 before we use them from anywhere. There was a smear of what looked like whipped cream on the wall by the mini fridge. Not ours coz we never had anything that had cream/whipped cream in it. As others commented, the shower did have that black ring on the drainage part. We just avoided it. And I did see some hairs on some towels before using them. Wouldn't hurt to shake down laundry before folding them. Place was nice. Plenty of room to move. Love the panoramic views and windows. Pool wasn't overcrowded. Outside common areas are clean.

Great room, nice and clean. Spacious. Only problems we had were the light in the bathroom where the toilet is was out and the room was a little dark at night while trying to get dressed. I know it was for ambiance, which indeed was nice. So if could actually rate this room it wouid be a 4.75. Would def stay there again
