Palms Place

Staff at the check in who helped us was not so accommodating and kind of unpleasant. Room is good but had terrible smell coming from sewer from bathroom drainage. The window was broken so it made a terrible loud noise coming from the high wind outside.

I went to this hotel between 8/25/26-8/29/26 and it was great. I booked a one bedroom suite which was nice. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO BALONY ACCESS. READ BEFORE YOU BOOK.

I was unimpressed by the Hotel staff. The security guards that we passed on our way to the parking lot everyday for the most part ignored as we passed by. We requested a room cleaning on the second day of our stay, but it never happened. Our room remained unkempt for three days and two nights. On the positive side, the gym at the Palms Place was excellent, and we managed to get a CrossFit workout in. The casino 24 hour cafe offered a variety of delicious food options and the staff there was very pleasant. If I ever need an inexpensive place to stay with a kitchen, I would consider staying here again.

I'll be back cause they have jacuzzi in the rooms. but they need to get there act together and on the same page.

Everything was just alright. Never came to clean the room or brought towels after asking.

Family friendly, less noisy than their other towers.

It’s a nice place with beautiful views, needed a little more cleaning but besides that it was great

I've stayed there before. I absolutely love the rooms. Except that we had no Wi-Fi. Engineer was sent up. Nothing. He gave me a number to call. No answer for 2 days. I left a voicemail and nothing.

Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. It would have been a perfect stay if we could have accessed the balcony. Didn’t see the point of having a balcony but not having access to it.

Front desk poorly staffed and had to wait 45 minutes for housekeeping to check the room while we sat in the lobby at 10 30 pm.

The hotel was great the only thing that I did not like is that the showers weren’t as clean as I’d like it to be.

Check in staff wasn’t the friendliest but other than that great stay. clean rooms, good restaurants, and wonderful pool. I would stay again!
