Everything was amazing had a good stay over all, just a little hiccup with the leak from the ceiling went down to front desk to report the issue and hope a service tech would come but to my suprise no visit was made & I left the bucket on top of 2 towels with the remaining water that fell in on the first night stand when you enter the room. Front desk staff was amazing along with valet and security. Just left with a little ick due to me also working 24/7 as a service technician not getting it handled in the timely manor of us before checking out and leaving. I’m guessing it’s an external company you guys are under contract with but don’t want this little hiccup to affect my stay. 10/10 overall :)

Great room and stay very clean nice staff good location

This place is clean, spacious and comfortable. I travel to Vegas almost twice a month & this has become one of my favorite places to stay. Not on the Strip, but close enough for a quick taxi ride. You have access to a casino without being in one. Unlike other places on the strip ( even the Hilton’s) who charge a hefty amount for daily parking it is free at the Palms Place.

WORST STAY EVER!!!!!!! every staff member I encountered was rude and argumentative. I had to ask for a supervisor 3 times in my one-night stay!!!! AND nothing was done to help me or my stay. very unprofessional and I had more issues with valet attendants and their attitudes as well VERY unprofessional and when i asked for their supervisor they told me nobody is above them!

Super clean room with a great view. The casino is nice and a good atmosphere. Staff are also super friendly and helpful. My partner and I enjoyed our get away!

This listing is not through the hotel it is through a direct owner. The listing was inaccurate for the price that I paid. Multiple things needed to be fixed and did not get fixed during my stay. The host never responded to any of my messages. It was hidden fees included as well as a $300 deposit. Also this is a corner suite with wraparound balcony. The hotel manager was willing to unlock it so that it was accessing my stay however the host was ureachable.

In room 20312, the touchpad conroller in hottub doesn't seems to work. Everything else was good, thank you.

the refrigerator did not work so my food i had to throw out . they came and fixed one of them later. i was on business trip so i guess its ok. i will never stay here if i am on vacation.

It was a nice big room clean but the headboard was peeling. The AC vent blows right on the bed..other then that great place
-
It was good but we had to call maintenance because of TV’s and housekeeping for utensils
-
The valet sucks very rude attendant who dismissed my family for a personal conversation and if he was doing his job it wouldn’t of been so backed up the hotel is very nice just the valet could improve

The room was supposed to have a fridge and an ice maker. Well to my surprise it has 3 fridges and an ice maker. However two of the fridges and the ice maker didn’t work. The room also had 2 TVs! But they didn’t work either. One had barely any volume (at full volume you could kind of hear it) and the other TV had NO volume. In the bathroom there were brown stains around the trashcan… I’m hoping they were rust and not vomit. The headboard had seen better days, and the AC was okay, but not great. My wife and I got married in vegas many years ago and stayed here and loved our stay. On a whim we decided for a quick one night getaway only to find nothing in our suite worked. Even the blackout curtain track was mangled so we couldn’t fully close the curtains. I’ve had better rooms at a lot less money.

Pro: price and security presence Con: location off the strip lent to more unsavory people in the area. No easy access to the parking lot like a direct pathway. Had to walk through the valet area to the parking garage. Staff were ok. Had the call for pans and bowls for the kitchen like 5 times. Room was sufficient but showing wear and tear. Pool hours 10-6 so short especially in a Vegas summer when you want to cool off at nights Would not stay again.
