StripViewSuites at Palms Place

They never specified that it was a private residence and I would have to pay for any extra blankets and toilet paper. Also the morning of my arrival I was told about the 500 deposit everything just wasn’t handled properly to enjoy my vacation.

The view was amazing. Very roomy. Beds were super comfy. The jetted tub was super relaxing. A full kitchen which I loved. The only cons was the housekeeping process. I wished it would be easy to get services thru out the whole day. Along with I thought there was a pool on the balcony, just because of the images. The price was a little high. But other than that my stay was good. I would stay at the palms again.

They charge you for everything

When I asked the front desk for more sugar & creamer, I was told it would cost extra. That was absolutely absurd.

Room is dirty, a/c do not cool, staff refused to change room or refund money, balcony is locked. Expedia was no help as well, do not book this place.

I needed a wheelchair, but the receptionist told me they didn't offer that service.

The room was very clean, the staff were incredibly nice and personable yet professional! Only a couple of small things that were unusable but very miniscule. Definitely is a great stay for sure!

Stay was excellent other than the fact that Palms Place staff didn't have the room ready until 6pm. However each day of my stay I saw every room on my floor cleaned by 2pm. Makes me wonder what was truly going on.

Didn't realize these are privayely owned suites, therefor the hotel couldn't help with any rppm and appliance problems

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at visiting Vegas! I really enjoyed my time here, and the view was phenomenal. Parking was perfect as well. I parked on the top of the parking structure and could see my car from my hotel balcony. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Whenever I’m back in Vegas, this hotel is a must :)

Room could have been cleaner. Minor maintenance could have been done to make experience better. Water pressure was really weird and acted as if there was air in the lines. Double sinks in master bath didn't drain which was gross

Didn’t know you have to pay for extra towels and coffee

The room was clean the views was great however would have been nice to know that some of these suites have private owners and the lobby will try to charge you for tissue and housekeeping which I felt should have at least been mentioned plus it’s super hot out in Vegas the AC was not powerful enough for it to be such a luxury place you’d think the AC would work better than that!
