The room was big but there wasn't a formal closet and it only had one hanger. The room wasn't very clean and the patio was really dirty and there was no patio furniture. The fitness center was advertised as being open 24 hours but it's closed because they are using it for storage. The pool area has sand all over and that was really unpleasant. The hot tub was too dirty to use. There's only one microwave in the lobby and it was dirty as well. No one restocked the utensils or cups in the lobby either. The grounds were very poorly kept. It felt like they are severely short staffed. The fixtures and things in the room that were repaired were poorly done. There were no extra pillows, sheets or blankets and I don't think they cleaned the couch. Also, I found used lashes, sunflower seed shells and dirty walls in the wash room.I will not be staying here again. The location is good and the room had nice air conditioning but those are the only positive things I can say, oh and the parking is free but it doesn't feel secure so I kept checking my car to make sure it wasn't being broken into. This would be a good place if it had new management and having more staff and a maintained pool / hot tub area.

I was there for the Mountain West basketball tournament earlier this year. This place is a dive. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more at the Virgin across the street or someplace on the strip.

rooms were big ac broken, didn’t have same accommodation, shower head loose, safe didn’t work. No creamer for coffee in lobby for 3 days. Grounds are in terrible shape. Pool dirty, yes was windy but not tended too at all. Pictures clearly are not what was expected. Location sketchy. All gates zip tied locked, but all entrance doors wide open.

Nothing it’s false advertisement doesn’t look anything like the pictures. The place is a dump. The ants and bugs on the floor were friendly though. It was filthy sea above comment

It was close to stores and food places for my kids Our rooms weren’t ready when we got there. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours to check in two of the rooms were very filthy. The floor was not clean. It was very dirty. I was told that housekeeping left at 4 PM if that’s the case then why was the hotel dirty and we couldn’t check in until after 6 PM.The other room was filthy. When I asked for housekeeping to come and clean it, they stated they couldn’t and handed me two big towels to clean it myself. The AC wasn’t working. The door is barely locked. It was a very horrible experience.

Aside from that the most comfortable bed I've slept in a hotel to memory. I hope to visit again one day!

Located less than a mile from the Strip. Close to the airport, offers free guest parking. It’s quiet and perfect for sleeping in after a busy day We have been reading some of the negative reviews and were pleasantly surprised to see the opposite. Yes, the property has seen its prime days, but so are many hotels in the area. The room was well renovated, clean and spacious. All our requests were taken into account and check-in was easy and fast. Welcoming and friendly front desk team

Size was amazing. The look was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Pool are was partially under construction, but fine. Our shower was broken. It was fixed pretty quickly, but maybe something that should be checked before opening room to a new guest.
