Club Wyndham Grand Desert

The Hotel was exceptional - loved the adult pool and the hot tub - the suites were very comfortable and relaxing. The staff were very helpful and the entire space was wonderful.

GREAT STAFF, VERY FRIENDLY. CLEAN FACILITY AND GREAT LOCATION. WILL DEFINETLY STAY AGAIN.

Rooms and property were great. Except the loud music that was played all day by one guest. When brought to the resorts attention they said that they would only make them turn it off after 10 pm.

Excellent experience in a big hotel

When we returned our room had a terrible dirty water smell all throughout our stay which made it almost impossible to stay in. We were there for a week and no one checked in on us. Im sure everyone noticed that foul sewer smell. It would have been nice to be moved to a different tower/room. I know the property was not at full capacity because the halls and pools were empty. However they didnt care enough make a quick call. We received no apologies, our trip was ruined. My child wanted to leave as the smell kept making all of us nauseous.

The room was clean. We had breakfast and lunch from the cafe; good prices and good food. The resort is walking distance to the strip.

Primary complaint: Blender did not work and I was unable to get it addressed. 😞

Nothing Special Manager assured us that she will help to get good injury allowance but she told she has only power of 200 and above that we have to connect agent

We had a 1 bedroom suite in building 3. The layout was really nice and included a washer/dryer. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet and property itself was well maintained. It is directly across from Top Golf and a quick ride to the strip. It is not close to restaurants so Door Dash would be your only option if you cannot leave the property or room. The Cafe onsite was your standard hotel food and no room service.
