Balcony and views! Loved everything about this place

However, there were several issues with the cleanliness and facilities that need attention. The bathtub had not been cleaned properly. I have noticed this issue in other rooms I have rented from your company, so I believe the cleaning team needs to pay closer attention to the bathrooms. The mugs and plates also had food residue on them, which suggests they had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest. The cooler above the fridge was locked, leaving only the small fridge and freezer available. There was also no tin opener, which I would normally expect to be provided as a standard kitchen item. Finally, I found the late check-out charge excessive. I requested a 12:00 PM check-out, which is a common check-out time in many hotels and accommodations, but was told this would cost $45. I was instead offered a 1:00 PM check-out. Given that the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, I feel that allowing one additional hour should reasonably be complimentary. Overall, I enjoyed the room and view, but I hope these issues can be addressed, particularly the cleaning standards, as this has been something I have noticed more than once.

I really thought it would of been through the hotel with this booking, for the price i dont think it was worth it at all , check in was bad had to wait over 30 min from check in time. I wouldnt book again tbh . Main tv from living room didnt work as advertised with the wifi . There was still trash from whoever stayed there last behind 1 of the sofas. Yeah probably one of the least worth it bookings ive done. Kinda regret booking this for my moms birthday.

I loved everything about my room. I stayed here by myself for a luxury vibe and I loved everything about the balcony studio room! It was everything I wanted and imagined. The view was amazing, it was a stove, fridge and freezer. So I could’ve cooked if I wanted to. I loveeeeeeed the bathroom. Love the inset tub and the floor to ceiling glass walls in the shower. They ate that up at Palms babyyyyyyyy! Very centrally located for everything we were doing. I didn’t drive more than like 10-15 minutes to where I was going!

Everything About the property was exceptional. Only misunderstanding we had was with one of the rooms I wasn’t able to access the balcony during my stay.(That was not communicated with me, during booking). But overall the place was amazing.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Palms Place in Las Vegas and overall had a positive experience. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with no issues during my stay. After busy days exploring Las Vegas, it was great to come back to a comfortable room and relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I had no problems with the service. Parking was also convenient, which is a big plus if you’re driving or hiring a car in Vegas. I particularly enjoyed the hot tub, which was a great way to unwind after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The facilities and location also make Palms Place a good option for travellers who want to be close to everything while still having somewhere comfortable to relax. My only disappointment was with the room I received. I had requested a particular floor and specifically booked a room with a balcony, but unfortunately I didn’t receive the balcony I was expecting. This was disappointing as the balcony was one of the reasons I chose the room. My advice to future travellers would be to double-check the exact room type, floor and whether a balcony is guaranteed before booking. If these things are important to you, contact the property directly and confirm before arrival. Apart from that, I had no issues with my room and enjoyed my stay. I would consider staying at Palms Place again.

Some of the phone chargers on the lamps didn’t work. A couple of chairs were missing . Bed and couch bed need to be updated.
