Much better than a hotel room!

Very clean and the lazy river was a great experience for the family. A bit crowded since it’s shared with MGM and three towers.

If you want a late check out I would just ask in advance because they might have someone else Checking in same day so if you have a late flight just ask ahead . Everything else was wonderful

Furnished nicely and the staff was easy to contact.

These Suites are privately owned. MGM can't help with anything. Our room was not ready at check in time. We went to the room and it was not clean at all and waited 2 hours for it to be cleaned. We had no choice but to valet. Valet also took 30 minutes to get our car too! I will not come back.

The room we stayed at had none operating tv, safe, kitchen stove dials, one of the phones was not operating.

Check in was pain!!! Flight arrived at 12, wouldn’t let us check in till 3!! Wanted to charge $35 to drop of more towels!! Then said if we just switch , it’s free!!! Didn’t know the front desk wouldn’t help us!!! Had to call someone else!!

Everything came out as described. Had a great stay. We used the pool at tower 2 and had a great time. Will return again.

Overall we really enjoyed the facility. The room was pretty shabby though. The screws were coming out of the door handles in both bathrooms, the carpet was worn so e kept getting stabbed in the foot from the tack down strip. The tub was not very clean and the card door reader went dead in our suite as well as 2 others on our floor while we were there. we paid a lot of $$ to stay and I had higher expectations.

The room had 2 restroom and a kitchen.

Only problem I really had was when I got to the room there was hair on the floor in the bathroom.. so I had to clean the bathroom myself.. I did contact the host and let them know and all they said was they apologize and they will report it

The room was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was supplied with basic kitchenware. I loved that it had 2 bathrooms. The sofa bed mattress could be better. Probably needs to be replaced. Also, the bathrooms didn't have facial tissue. Overall great room!

The location was excellent, with easy access to the MGM Grand and the Las Vegas Strip while still being quiet and peaceful at night. Check-in was smooth, valet service was convenient, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable after long days exploring Vegas. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to stay that’s close to all the action without being in the middle of the crowds. Thank you for helping make our trip a great one!

Me quedé aquí 3 noches. Venimos de México y claramente no hablamos inglés, el personal fue grosero y racista. Las chicas de recepción eran mexicanas y no querían hablarnos en español. Solo un chico afuera nos habló español y el nos dijo que las chicas hablaban español en recepción. Si sales por la noche la torre 3 se cierra a las 11pm así que debes ir hasta el hotel MGM a parquear tu carro está muy lejos! Por qué tienes que caminar de regreso y pasar por todas las torres y el hotel Eso fue muy desagradable Nosotros salimos a las 8pm y regresamos a las 10pm y dijeron que ya no había espacio y que debíamos irnos hasta el otro hotel Y nisiquiera eran las 11pm!! Jamás regresaría allí! Fue terrible todo. Y la TV nisiquiera funcionaba.

Everything was good..

Really liked this hotel — super clean, easy access to the Strip, and tons of food options nearby. Made the trip simple and stress‑free.

The parking on the weekends fills up fast. Booked 2 rooms since there is 5 in our party. Got put in 2 separate towers. Overall, loved the place. Get away from the casino floor.

The master bathroom was fabulous. Views were spectacular!

I loved that we had a great view on the balcony. The room was clean and the process was very easy to check in
