The Cosmopolitan Of Las Vegas

Amazing stay as always!

Good

Exceptional! As always !

The property is looked aged and needs to be refreshed

Old, worn, impolite staff. Booked with hotels.com and they emailed me 4x about early checkin, free upgrade, credit at hotel and late checkout. Did get nothing, late check in (3pm), rushed checkout, no upgrade and no credits as booked.

The hotel staff was lovely, the room was nice, and the ambiance was great. I definitely recommend this hotel and will go back.

Excellent hotel. Close to everything on the trip. The balconies are fantastic that face the Bellagio fountains.

Exceptional

The view was priceless will definitely only stay here going forward

Great view

This is my favorite hotel on the strip. Breathing taking views from the balcony. Great location. Shops and everything is nearby. Great staff. The room was relatively clean although, I did find long straight hair in my shower drain. Besides that, no complaints on this hotel. It has alot of the restaurants and speakeasys that people rave about so it is literally located in the hotspot of Vegas.

Amazing

The best hotel we've stayed in thus far when in Vegas!

my favorite hotel

Love the restaurant options , the balcony overlooking the fountain is great and the rooms are spacious - also love the tub overlooking to fountain - the location is great too

I’ve stayed at the Cosmopolitan in the past and it seems to be in need of some updating/refreshing in the rooms and hallways. The casino and restaurants are great, just a little updating in the rooms. Example, shower door didn’t close/out of alignment. Robes were stained and dirty, furniture worn. And I was supposed to get a $35 credit applied for food/beverage that I never received.

Julie, the manager on duty, was fabulous! After a couple of days of no housekeeping service, she stepped right in and got everything taken care of without a hitch. Thank you, Julie!

Clean quiet room on a high floor

Good hotel

The cosmopolitan is hands down best hotel in Vegas.
