Everything! Check in very efficient, nice fella from Hawai’i checked us in. Btw that’s where I’m from. I purchased a Terrace Suite Fountain View room. Phenomenal view just as its stunning pictures depict! It was everything! And that tub! In your unit looking at that view, priceless! It was our first and we will be back for more memories. Thank you Cosmo!

Loved the Cosmo, like always! Exceptional!!

Hotel is nice but over hyped for the price. Elevators take too long and when they get to your floor they are full. Room didnt get cleaned for 2 days and when requested it was cleaned poorly. Towels had lipstick on them when we first entered room.

This property and rooms are amazing IF you get what you booked. Twice now in less then 45 days I booked the terrace one bedroom suite fountain view and twice now when i check in the room is not ready. Mind you I book weeks in advance and pay everything up front they know im coming but when i get here the room is not ready. First time i got s upgraded room which was nice but not what i wanted. This time i got s down graded room which i hated with a food and beverage credit. I complained till turned blue with MGM Cosmopolitan staff and Expedia staff and in the end i got the short end of the stick. So beware if staying here. I will not be staying here ever again

Has been my favorite hotel for awhile now. Especially the fountain view room of course. Love everything the cosmo has to offer! Such a fun property. However I feel like the rooms are overpriced now cause they are getting run down and just don’t feel luxurious anymore. The Venetian offers much more for your money as far as a great room. (Just not the view) which is fine with me after having been to Vegas many times now. I love the property I just don’t think I’ll stay here again because it’s too pricey and you don’t really feel like it’s worth what you pay.

Amazing room. The location is great. Tons of restaurant and entertainment options. The view of the fountain at Belagio from our room was great.

Based on our experience, we are concerned that the room may not have been properly cleaned or that there may have been insects, such as bed bugs or other biting pests, in the room. This experience was both uncomfortable and upsetting, especially since we were traveling as a family. We chose the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas because of its reputation, and we did not expect to encounter this type of issue. After I shared my concerns with the hotel, over 2 days, the hotel didn’t reply and just ignored it. Very bad experience.

We stayed here for 2 days and for my wife's birthday weekend. We loved our view from our balcony. We had the Sphere & the Bellagio fountain view. Joseph at the front desk was amazing. We requested a high floor and that request Joseph goes above and beyond. Belldesk Bob and the other gentlemen was very friendly. The only issue with the room was that the bathroom door and the main door was very hard to open- we understand that this kind be kind of safety issue. The shower area was very slippery when gets wet, there was no shampoo and body wash. But we brought our own so it was not an issue. All in all it was an amazing staycation and will definitely coming back for another staycation in this property in a few months. Thank you again Joseph at the front desk.

I didn’t like that when we got there we was having trouble with checking in online … they text me to wait for my key code .. I was waiting for it had to make line to ask I was waiting for 30 minutes for the code then when I talk to the receptionist she gave me a room key ..I got to my room and it was 2 queen beds when I reserve one king …. We were there for our anniversary you think I wanted 2 beds… 😡😡

Room was great; I got an upgrade upon check-in (I think because I’m an Expedia member?) and the suite was fantastic. Pool was nice especially in the morning when it wasn’t hot / crowded. Pool hours are limited (closed at 6) which is too bad because it would have been nice to swim in the evening once the weather cooled off. Staff were extremely helpful. They need to encourage folks to check in and out using the app because the lines at check-in were extremely long. I used the app and it was super easy.

Location and service were excellent

Shower did not work when we got to the room. There was a piece of plastic belonging to the shower door that was just laying in a corner. The toilet also did not work. Had to wait for someone to come fix both.

Pour moi un des plus belle hôtels de Vegas avec les chambre avec vue sur les fontaines avec balcon

My hubby and I stayed here for four nights. The room was spacious and the balcony was a plus to sit out and enjoy the Vegas view. The hotel is perfectly located in the midst of the strip & within walking distance of many attractions. We would definitely stay here again.
