The Signature at MGM Grand (All Suites)

The main trouble was that a little before midnight of the second night of our stay, the doorbell rang insistently and, when my partner leapt up to see why, someone who said they were "housekeeping" kept trying to get in the door which, fortunately, we had latched so they could not get in. The person said "I'm sorry, I'm sorry" but still seemed to be trying to get in and then finally left. My partner reported it to whoever was at the desk at midnight. They were concerned and said that they would look into it, but apparently neglected to call security. This was an upsetting experience.

The room was clean; I kept it clean to save the house keepers from having to do another room. They brought dishes up which was nice and if I needed towels they made that happen as well. So whatever, they were fine and I was unbothered besides them taking my damn money but yeah if you don't need the Kitchen you may save way more money staying at the actual MGM.

Everything about our stay was good except checking in. We arrived too early and was told to return between 3-4 which we didn’t have a problem with. We came back and was told our room still wasn’t ready and there was no idea of knowing when it would be ready and no other rooms were available unless we wanted to downgrade our room. My husband argued for 5 mins and then miraculously there was a room available. If that room was available the whole time why give us a hard time.

Staff were rude and our check in was a pain. They did give us $50 food and beverage credit but I had to ask them about it when I checked out since it wasn’t in our summary. I wouldn’t stay here again

Fresh step away from all of the casinos if you’re down in Vegas for an event and not for gambling. Very nice hotel

The Signature Towers at MGM each have their own pools. There are at least one or two breakfast places to choose from in each of the towers. They have security guard stationed near elevators and you need your door key to access your floor. They have UBER pickup area .

Love staying here the receptionist was able to upgrade my room with an early check in.

Very clean and convenient property. Comfortable beds

Pool could be open later that's my biggest suggestion. Also some chairs on the balcony. But we simply took from the kitchen so it worked out.

Loooooved everything about this place! The full kitchen is very convenient when you are traveling with family. Will definitely stay here again.
