Room was beautiful and location of casino was great! Staff was amazing loved all the bartenders! Room needs more lighting, the view could of been better.

Location Rooms weren’t clean

Well located It just felt run down. Dated and the “perfume” diffusers made the place smell disgusting!

Great location

I liked the moody decorations and atmosphere. Vegas can be overstimulating, so the deeper colors and lower lighting was nice at times. The room had basically everything we needed. The staff was also very friendly and helped us when we accidentally left our key card in the room. The only weird thing was the bathroom. The toilet had its own little "section" or mini-room within the bathroom, but there wasn't a door to close it off. Also, the entire wall of the shower was actually a two-way mirror. So, when you are in the hotel room, you can look through the full-length mirror to see into the shower when someone is showering! This wasn't necessarily a bad feature, but it was kind of strange. Unfortunately, because the toilet area didn't have a door to close it off, you could also sort of see when someone was sitting on the toilet through the two-way mirror as well. This was not ideal.

Location, ease getting in and out, Giada's is amazing, easy access to Flamingo and the monorail. Friendly staff and dealers. The room smelled musty and it was very dark. I would've preferred more lighting.

Loved the location , near Cesars where we had a concert to attend. Only one restaurant in the entire hotel .

It was close to everything we wanted to do. The first room we got had been in a flood, floor was swollen around bathroom door making it impossible to close, their were also pieces of flooring missing throughout the room, and a heavy stale humid smell in the room. We called and moved rooms , the second room also showed a lot of wear, along with the same issue with the flooring having pieces missing. We went there to celebrate my birthday and the experience with the rooms put a damper on the mood. Luckily for use the staff at the Palazzo stepped up and made it better. When I shared with them my experience with the rooms with them one of their managers gave us a birthday dinner at their restaurant which they didn’t have to.

The mattress was comfortable but not a King Size as advertised. The room was extremely disgusting and outdated and did not meet the standards in which were advertised and definitely did not meet standards for the rate I was charged. The hotel (because it’s not a resort) needs to shut down until it is completely renovated and sanitized with deep cleaning for mold removal as well.

Location was super!! Close to many other venues I enjoyed the view from our room

Location The rooms were so dark. No complimentary water. Not at all to our expectations.

The location was great and right in the middle of the strip. The bathroom had a faucet handle that was broken off, water damage to the molding around the shower, two floorboards were duct taped down, large lamp was broken. Even if the hotel is going to have a remodel, this room shouldn’t have been rented out.
