Quality Inn & Suites Albany Airport

Room was clean,but put in a out building. Wife was outside and a guy came out in his underwear. Waffle mix had leaked all over counter and floor, and not attended too. No one there to clean up. Not there fault, someone had broken it and didn't say anything.

Toilet wasn’t clean, dust in the corner, even the coffee filter didn’t put fresh one. Sticky in some places in the room no shampoo

Easy to get to Pool was closed with no water in it and it didn't look like it has been open in a year the grass was growing out of the concrete 2 feet high. The shower was covered in soap scum and the drain was super slow. The pullout couch couldn't be used because the mattress was falling apart and smelled and made a noise like it was stuck together and no sheets or blanket. The carpet in the hallways was peeling off the floor and the ceiling tiles where wet and moldy and looked like they where going to fall at any moment. The wifi only worked if you sat at the table in the room and you would only get 2 bars of wifi service. Granted they had signs saying they where remodeling but if its this bad it should be completely shut down to do a remodel.

The sheets and towels were clean as well as the toilet, and the spa tub worked, so overall it wasn’t awful. I was pleasantly surprised that the tub was clean and no ick came from the jets when I did a test fill with bleach water. I booked this room solely for the spa tub so it met my expectations with that at least. Most likely won’t stay again though.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting and dirty. The cleanliness of the hotel. I don’t how they are even open.

The location and the staff The room smelled like a wet dog, the fridge made noise, and the cover for the vent in the bathroom was missing.

The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

Nothing. Everything!! It was dirty and rundown.

Carpet was dirty as was shower. The outlets don’t work less 1 of them. Staff was very nice but definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

It was close to the track we were racing at and plenty of parking for our dump truck and 30’ trailer Neat and clean

I can only say that my stay was pleasant and I would recommend this Inn to anyone traveling to the area
