La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Latham Albany Airport

The staff was helpful and the breakfast was very good. (Kudos to the breakfast attendant... she was great!) Entering the parking lot was challenging because of the construction next door (and GPS directions) but all in all our stay was fine! It's not a 5* hotel but it had everything we needed, was clean, and close to everything.

I was charged an extra $50 fee over the quoted amount from Expedia for the stay.

The walls are paper, thin, but the room was clean and no smells

Hot tub/spa was advertised on the website, but hasn't been available for some time, there's been a patio built over it.

Had a pool and workout room. Breakfast was good - hot food items, waffles, cereal and bakery stuff. I wish they had a water station to refill water bottles like other La Quintas I’ve stayed at.

Unfortunately there was a used condom in our room on the floor. Our shower curtain was torn and could not keep the water inside the tub and soaked the floor. The rugs smelled really bad, like a wet dog. This is NOT what I’m used to with LaQuinta. I’ve stayed in LaQuinta literally across the country and it definitely depends on who is managing and the staff if it will be a good stay. Latham LaQuinta let us down. Also, it was very noisy as the jack hammer from construction started at 7 am. A shout out to Mona at the front desk for heating up coffee after breakfast was over, and her kind smile.

Everything was great

The carpeting was badly stained in a few areas. There was only 1 elevator, which was slow. The breakfast selections were plenty and not bad.

Great value for the money. I needed a room prior to flying out from Albany Inter Airport, and didn’t want to spend a lot for a few hours stay. This hotel was perfect! Reasonably priced, very clean, good bedding and towels, great shower and water pressure, and safe parking. I left very early in AM so missed out on the free breakfast, but did see the dining area which was clean and neat. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I will definitely book with them again when flying out of Albany!

Shower curtain of my suite was stained & very apparently dirty. Not worth the price.

Inability to see the sign of the hotel . Hotel is at a weird spot where it was impossible to get into the hotel entrance.

The room colors were nice The blood stain on the sheet, another stain that I couldn't explain. No body wash in the shower, and a bottle of used body wash on the sink. Very dim light bulb and a blown bulb

Very comfortable and clean. Wonderful friendly staff.

The room was clean, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. However, there were significant issues with the bathroom. The water pressure was poor, and the bathtub drained very slowly, causing it to fill with standing water during showers. The sink also drained slowly and filled up quickly. In the morning, I had to use the cups provided in the room to remove water from the tub so I could shower again. These plumbing issues negatively impacted my stay.

We really liked the size of the room...it was spacious... The continental breakfast could have had a little more ...

It is a good hotel, met my expectations

After showering there was about 2 inches of water in the tub. Phoned front desk with complaint. However, this was not corrected when I check-out on Monday morning (check-in was Saturday). Was told maintenance man was on vacation that week end.

The parking situation at this property is not ideal. No EV Charging at this location.

Outside grounds dirty with cigarette butts all about, especially by back door entrance. Trash left outside of side entrance by handicap parking.

Everything went fine, no complaints.
