La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Latham Albany Airport

Exceptional

The bed was very comfortable. Men sat outside and smoked weed 3 nights and I could smell it in my room. The place really needs to be updated...

The bed was very comfortable and I had an excellent sleep last night. And the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Nothing

The breakfast the room was nice the beds were comfortable

Breakfast was great staff polite

Honestly nothing. 0 stars - By far the worst LaQuinta I have ever stayed in. I booked a suite, upon arriving the front room had no electricity for the light, TV & kitchenette area. There was no remote in the front room for the TV and the fridge stunk from being off. I had no electricity when plugging things into the bathroom either. The girl at the front desk, while nice, was useless. The TV in the bedroom was the slowest TV Ive ever witnessed, the remote and the TV just did not seem to connect to each other smoothly, making it difficult to even use it. I called a number of times and the girl just didnt seem to know what to do. I told her we deserved a refund given the fact that our suite was essentially non functioning and I left with zero resolution. She was supposed to be putting notes in for management about us getting somewhat of a refund. I also left a message for management and no one called me back. Its honestly unacceptable.

The room was very clean, staff were very helpful. However, the toilet ran all night which was really annoying. They left a small bucket under the back of the toilet to catch the drips of water leaking. We noticed late Saturday evening that the bucket was full of water and ready to overflow so my husband emptied it. Also, the room darkening curtain did not close together. There was at least a 6" opening where the window was not covered and open to the parking lot. The sheer curtain did nothing. We both thought the mattress was quite hard, with no box springs - just a metal setup under the mattress. We were a little disappointed because the beds have always been so comfortable at LaQuinta Hotels.

The photos showed things the hotel did not offer. The hot tub no longer exists, no syrup for the pancakes. The breakfast was never fully stocked and we had to ask for items like syrup, yogurt, forks etc.

Very good

Good hotel.

Clean Room !!!!!!

Good

This is the second room with toilet issues. This one I had to hold handle down, first one (room 338) filled way too slow. Other than that, room was nice and staff was friendly.
