La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Latham Albany Airport

The carpeting was badly stained in a few areas. There was only 1 elevator, which was slow. The breakfast selections were plenty and not bad.

Great value for the money. I needed a room prior to flying out from Albany Inter Airport, and didn’t want to spend a lot for a few hours stay. This hotel was perfect! Reasonably priced, very clean, good bedding and towels, great shower and water pressure, and safe parking. I left very early in AM so missed out on the free breakfast, but did see the dining area which was clean and neat. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I will definitely book with them again when flying out of Albany!

Shower curtain of my suite was stained & very apparently dirty. Not worth the price.

The room was clean, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. However, there were significant issues with the bathroom. The water pressure was poor, and the bathtub drained very slowly, causing it to fill with standing water during showers. The sink also drained slowly and filled up quickly. In the morning, I had to use the cups provided in the room to remove water from the tub so I could shower again. These plumbing issues negatively impacted my stay.

After showering there was about 2 inches of water in the tub. Phoned front desk with complaint. However, this was not corrected when I check-out on Monday morning (check-in was Saturday). Was told maintenance man was on vacation that week end.

The parking situation at this property is not ideal. No EV Charging at this location.

Outside grounds dirty with cigarette butts all about, especially by back door entrance. Trash left outside of side entrance by handicap parking.

Everything went fine, no complaints.

This was by far the worst place I’ve stayed in in years.

The room was specious with a very comfortable bed. Ice machine in the second floor was broken. The walls are as thin as they come. My bathtub was flooded and clogged. I won’t be staying here again

TV was a headache!!!! Noting was easy !! Too many aps! Nothing was easy !

Nothing but to say it was outstanding service. Don't have any additional comments.

Breakfast consisted of home made waffles, eggs, potatoes, 3 cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, juice, bagels, bread good sort of condiments. Breakfast hours: 6-9 M-F. 7-10 S-S. Landscape and parameter could use some TLC for cleaning. Nice small pool. Exercise equipment. Small food choices if you need a quick snack. I would stay here again. Quite area. Only real downside is the construction next door starts at 7am 😩. Give it a stay.

Not much Extremely loud and people smoking pot all over. Management was incompetent and unable to control people playing basketball in the room above ours (9p-3a). Terrible experience.

Old and poorly maintained property. The first room we were given had dog hair on the carpet and an air freshener by the window, possibly to mask odors. We reported this to the staff and we received a new room. The new room was much better. However an old sandwich was found in the refrigerator and the A/C had trouble maintaining a cool temperature. The first floor had a moldy smell, possibly because there was a carpet in the hallway adjacent to the pool area. On a positive note, the location was great and the staff was friendly.

Also, it seems like they put body lotion instead of conditioner in the shower. But it might be just a bad conditioner. The rest was good.
