Location is convenient, Some of the staff are attentive, other staff could care less about your concerns. First you notice all the commercial trucks parked on the property taking up multiple parking spots. I have stayed multiple times and have not had a room that the toilet seat was not installed correctly or the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. This visit I did not even have television in any form! The clothes Iron was filthy, however an attentive staff was helpful is replacing it with a clean one. Television was never fixed and I was told I could change rooms at 11:30 pm !

The lobby and hallway area smelled of canabis.... it was terrible. The breakfast was minimal and basic

Nothing Everything

Clean, cheaper rate than others.

Rooms very small. Queen bed looked more like a double. Bedroom walls very thin; could hear the neighbour’s TV most of the night. Gym was too small to be used by more than one person at a time.

The place is old and everything is worn down no bugs thankfully but it’s not very clean and the rooms are not cleaned well a lot of the staff is old so it makes sense that they can clean but so much and the carpets smell bad in the hallway. It also seems as they have homeless people living in the rooms, which is OK, but that makes things tricky because not everyone is clean overall wasn’t great but wasn’t horrible for two days stay Place needs to be cleaned a bit better and everything is outdated which doesn’t help breakfast was basic no eggs or sausage, pancakes, just cereal, muffins, coffee, and cold waffles

The place is showing its age. The bed was comfortable, but it doesn’t have that “home” feel you’d expect from a more modern place. The location to Albany Airport is definitely the best part.

A great spot for people visiting the track at a reasonable price. Amenities were light, room was decent, tiny. Bathroom was a bit beat up like most motels. I still stay there because it's a decent place for the price. Fantastic desk attendant. Very kind and pleasant!

This seems to be a transitional motel. We are out of state and have not stayed at these Microhotels. Never again. Everyone looked like they lived there. Wasn’t clean. TV didn’t work and only way it would work was if they shut off the power in our section and turned back on. No elevator. Woke up to huge bug bite on my leg.
