Passable

Room was clean bed couch etc, ac worked, the tv once turned on just said no signal, no box no hook up, just a hdmi cord plugged into the tv twice rather than hooked an actual package offer, with the tv not working there was nothing to watch, the WiFi didn’t work unfortunately, they only accept personal payments on cashapp for snacks for some reason or cash only, no food unfortunately and upon arriving without notice online, they expect a 100 dollars deposits fee, when walking into a room a poster states 100 dollars will be charged if the hot tub is damaged, so I’m assuming worried about people damaging the hot tub and charging upfront 100 dollars on top of the 120-160 depending on what room you order online, There’s a soda machine outside it doesn’t work hasn’t worked for years I’m assuming and got trashed, apart from that your best luck is walking to a gestation across a main road with traffic both ends at all times rather hard to access, there is a good food place next door recommended! I enjoyed my stay but definitely needs some improvements .

Bad experience.

It smelled bad. We had no toilet paper. We had to leave and come back to check in no one was at office to check in. Now on door be back in 10 mins but i came back on 20 and still no one. Staff was rude and condescending. TV was tiny, room wasn't clean, will never stay here again. Smell, facilities, staff at front.

Jetted tub suites are amazing

Very convenient for the airport, with complimentary transfers, the manager and staff were friendly and very helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my night was comfortable and relaxing... nothing

The price was OK. For the price it was competitive. Clean sheets. Staff were good The room was dated, the TV way to small.

Friendly greetings, and smooth check-in. Great A/C. Cold fridge was ready to store beverages. Great night's sleep.

I tripped on an off set step on bottom of stairs and was injured. Staff said sorry. The filthiest room I have ever seen in my life! Nothing like the pictures. Trying to get my $ back. Bathroom was disgustingly old either an old toilet with stains and scratches and cracked moldy tile in the so called shower. The shower curtain was moldy two feet up from the floor !!

Not a bad place. Cheap and near where we wanted.

The staff was very friendly and eager to help when there was no deadbolt on the door. When we first came in there was no deadbolt on the door which the staff rectified immediately when we asked. however, we were on the second floor and the windows did not lock there was also no screen in the windows. no elevator, no automatic doors and when we slid the beds over to make room for our son's pack and play the floors were covered with dirt and grime. The beds weren't comfortable either.

It was friendly spacious clean they didn’t make me suffer do do schedule mishap they are pet friendly and extremely accommodating Parking limited just for how many people come but they will always make sure your good inspired in the wrong spot and they came and told me so I wouldn’t get a ticket so there’s an upside to every downside
