Colonie inn and Suites

Helpful, efficient and very professional. The rooms are a respectable size, they have a table with chairs for dining, and getting paper work done. Not a bad price, either.

Room was dirty and when I complained toothless staff told me they wouldn’t refund me and that I was the problem. Staff started crying that she was homeless and would be kicked out if she addressed my concerns. Id rather sleep in my car

Needs some updates Convenient

Jaccuzzi suites

Nothing The property manager … apparently there is a deposit of 100 dollars cash and if you don’t have cash he charges your card 50 dollars , then says it’s refundable and doesn’t refund

Good staff, comfortable room, convenient location between two Mexican restaurants Tub is very slippery

The room was filthy. We booked a room with a jet tub and there was debris and previous guests body hair in it. The staff was stingy about fresh towels. When we arrived, there were men working on the parking lot blacktop and most of the parking was blocked off and we had to park in a tight spot by the work truck which made us uncomfortable because we didn't want any of the equipment to scratch the car. We were on the opposite side of the property and my partner and I had to carry our bags around the men working and around a roped off area to find our room. The lobby was blocked off so we just had to stand outside while someone went in another door to check us in. Very weird. Then after we returned from dinner, another work truck was blocking the way to most of the parking lot and we had to park far from our room again. But mostly the dirty room was what threw us off. Will not be back. We do not recommend this property unless you like previous guests body hair and Christmas bed spreads. Also the room was 82° when we arrived. It was warmer than outside. Very uncomfortable.

Very clean venue. Neil was a great host.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My room was very specious, clean, and most importantly quiet. The hotel is located close to the public transportation and different restaurants. Would stay there again.

Very good

Loved the hot tub in the room!!!

Passable

Passable

Room was clean bed couch etc, ac worked, the tv once turned on just said no signal, no box no hook up, just a hdmi cord plugged into the tv twice rather than hooked an actual package offer, with the tv not working there was nothing to watch, the WiFi didn’t work unfortunately, they only accept personal payments on cashapp for snacks for some reason or cash only, no food unfortunately and upon arriving without notice online, they expect a 100 dollars deposits fee, when walking into a room a poster states 100 dollars will be charged if the hot tub is damaged, so I’m assuming worried about people damaging the hot tub and charging upfront 100 dollars on top of the 120-160 depending on what room you order online, There’s a soda machine outside it doesn’t work hasn’t worked for years I’m assuming and got trashed, apart from that your best luck is walking to a gestation across a main road with traffic both ends at all times rather hard to access, there is a good food place next door recommended! I enjoyed my stay but definitely needs some improvements .

Nothing really Place was run down neglected and dirty

Amazing people

Bad experience.
