Latham Inn

I stayed for one hour and checked out. The hall way smelled like cigars and cigarettes. The room was non smoking but reeked of old smoke.

A good Restaurant at the motel, food and drinks were good at a reasonable price. The shower was did not work!

Room was already cool perfect fur the hot day, bed was very comfortable, and quiet

I was double charged for the room. Once through booking.com, and then when I got to the hotel, I was told there was an issue with the booking.com reservation. So I was charged again at the front desk. Person at the front desk was unhelpful and unfriendly

Not much Stayed here for the last 3 or 4 years while visiting Saratoga Race course and every year the place continues to deteriorate. I could list a long list of complaints but I will find other accommodations next year. It was not nearly worth the money.

Nothing Very outdated door to room would stick when you open it outside door to get into the hotel would not lock this state open two lights missing out of the vent vanity in the bathroom lamp beside the bed would not work even after I put a new bulb in it so it was the lamp, not the bulb Washer and dryer out in hallway making noise up until 2:35 AM poorly lit parking lot. shall I go on paid $93 worth 35 maybe. This hotel should not be open. They’re there just to take people’s money will not stay there ever again.

Second morning didn’t make either bed. Did wipe off counters emptied one garbage. Left towels. Third morning I was there so I just gave them the towels and got clean ones and gave them my garbage.

continental as advertised. Could have been less smelly, could have had a continental breakfasrt, as advertised. Could have hd better Wifi reception. TV. Stations kept going black by themselves.

We liked that they have smoking rooms. And was amazed that the rooms didn’t smell like old smoke! The television wasn’t working

Had a bed to sleep on Other guests slamming doors all hours of the night drinking & drug use in the hallway banging on the walls all night was suppose to have balcony access door was completely sealed off which is a fire hazard id have to break the window out if there was a fire in the hallway cigarette burns in the bedding i understand i asked for smoking but i didnt ask for a slum room

Absolutely nothing whatsoever. No breakfast of any kind was offered. Simply a low-budget, fringe motel/inn that is significantly aged, run down, and in need of total upgrades. The exterior is heavily unlit and presents a clear safety hazard. The ads for the facility uses deceptive photos which employs dim lighting and dark backgrounds, far away shots of the outside of the facility (nothing close-up), and the like. Pissed poor exterior and rundown landscape. Broken walls incl holes. Cranking, aged floors throughout. Poor, dim lighting. No filter in the in-room coffee maker. Ironing board but no iron. Blocked sink. No staff in site or apparent. Obviously a very low budget entity.

I left early and didn't experience the breakfast. I was surprised the TV was pay only, no internet that I could find and there was no air conditioning. Since it was for one night and I arrived at 8 p.m. and left by 7:30 a.m., it really wasn't a problem.

Half the lights didn't work. There was hair in the shower and 2 of the bath towels were dirty. Literally had black stains on them.
