Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albany Airport Area - Latham by IHG

The staff was a bit quirky at check in. I asked about walkable restaurant options and was told that the hotel had a restaurant. We looked all over and couldn't find it, so I had to ask where it is. It's actually located outside the hotel. It didn't look open, but fortunately it was. It was in pretty poor shape, but the food tasted good. There was just a bar tender--nice guy, but disorganized. The hotel seemed full of construction workers and state police. I saw almost no other females staying there which was a little uncomfortable.

We stayed here several times I think this last time the hotel was taken over by different owners. They just seemed like it had a different feel. Nothing bad just different.

They would not let me leave my luggage there before check in. First time that ever happened to me..

Very good

Room was clean, front lobby was clean and staff was great with us!

Très bien!

Exceptional

This is an excellent property, conveniently located, well maintained with lots of staff busy with cleaning and maintenance. Breakfast was very good also. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and a central kitchenette and sitting area. Few places offer this configuration and we were not disappointed in our choice. The suite was sparsely furnished, but adequate for our purposes.

Location was ok room has musty order

Nothing No hot tub , pool water cold , lies about having a hot tub and pool water cold

Exceptional

No pool cold water , hot broken

Put us in an end room with the kitchen next door and thr bar and grill across the hall. Banging and noise past midnight

Carpet and smell from the Carpet.

Room was clean but had an odd smell which was improved by running the AC blower constantly. Lobby and breakfast area were clean and well managed.

Clean & comfortable room ! Hot tub wasn’t working , my only complaint Otherwise everything was great !

Staff was horrible

The hot tub was closed but they let us now that at check in. The pool more than made up for it, I feel.

Soft towels. Airport close Staff very nice but slow at check in. To the point of overwhelmed and could have used assistance.
