Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albany Airport Area - Latham by IHG

We were satisfied with everything was our stop before heading out next day to go to nh

Room not the cleanest. Mainly bathroom visible hair and toenail clippings on floor. Dust on bathroom and room shelves. Was very disgusted the wet pool towels sat visibly for over an entire day. Had to call for towels all but 1 time we went to the pool room. The hardest worker was most certainly the woman doing the buffet breakfast! She ALWAYS had a smile on her face and was really hustling every morning. There was another guy with her on Sunday but when I tried to get his attention to ask a question he blatantly ignored me. We usually stay at Holiday Inn's because they tend to be a lot cleaner. I have to say, this time we were not impressed at all other than that amazing hard working woman putting on the breakfast spread. Also, we never recieved a welcome bag for being an IHG member.

This location is fantastic, easily accessible, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the pool, which allowed us to make the most of our quick stop in Cooperstown the next day.

Excellent hotel for the price. Breakfast is always great at holiday inn express. Internet was a little off. Overall excellent

Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly

I was surprised as to how nice and updated this hotel is. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the hot tub. We were unfortunately unable to use the hot tub because it was down for repairs. But it’s fine, not the end of the world. However, the breakfast buffet was PHENOMENAL! Hands down the best free hotel breakfast I’ve ever had for the price of the hotel stay. Will definitely look into other holiday inn express hotels for future stays.

Little pricey for the amenities but a decent place to stay, no complaints

GREAT STAY ! The rooms were very clean. The gym and pool area were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was tasty with many options.Most of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff at the front desk, Mary, was very sweet, friendly & helpful.

When we checked in our car transmission broke down in the parking lot and the man working the desk immediately recruited a few employees to help us push it out of the way. We really appreciated that. The people who clean the rooms were super friendly and accommodating. When we were leaving after our 3 night stay, the woman at the front desk would not even look up to acknowledge me. She was the only one who wasn't friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

It was clean and the front desk check-in and check-out staff were very nice. When I asked for a shuttle, the very nice front desk staff got yelled at by her manager (S—) right in front of me. I guess she radioed someone they don’t want driving. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing for her as well. Not very professional. Breakfast was fine except the milk was curdled and no pancake machine 😢. Luckily, I put it in my coffee and didn’t just drink it out of the carton. The bed was comfortable, which is important since I was just passing through and needed sleep before my next destination.
