I left the property within 15 minutes to secure appropriate accommodations at another hotel. I have asked for a refund.

i booked a non smoking room and when i checked in they said it was smoking. With my asthma i had to go buy items to try to help with the smell. there was roaches in the room and i killed 5 and set bait traps to make sure there were no more. i had to check out a day early due to my breathing getting worse. i could not get refunded for that last night and could not speak to anyone for help.

I liked that we were only six minutes away from the sports facility. There were also plenty of food choices in the area. The room was not very clean. Flying roaches everywhere. There were numerous homeless, and clearly mentally handicapped people in front of the hotel, and the parking lot.
