The staff’s friendliness was the best part of the stay. The tub was very slippery, so we used a towel to prevent slipping. We had a difficult time sleeping because someone was playing loud music from midnight until 3:00 AM. The thumping of the base kept us up all night.

Nice staff, decent breakfast. Not far from where we needed to be. Way over priced for what you get. At almost $300 a night. No water pressure, and the ac barely kept up. Beds not comfy.

As expected for a Hampton Inn. Staff friendly but card machine was not working and would not accept the card I wanted to pay with. Breakfast was average with the usual on offer Nothing

Property was well maintained. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Hotel was conveniently located with access to the interstate and downtown, which was good for our travel needs. Breakfast was good and offerred a variety of options. We were very pleased and will stay at this property again if traveling in the Laurel area.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was in good condition.The negative about the place was that there was a lot of noise due to the ball teams. The kids ran in the halls and you could hear it in the rooms. And they decided to chant loudly during breakfast . There was no coffee left when I came to breakfast and hardly a place to sit. We just skipped it the next day. Otherwise it was fine.

Very nice hotel and the staff were excellent. The only complaint I have is that the room would not cool down. We had a long suite and the area in front of the air conditioner was cool and pleasant to sit in, but the rest of the room, especially the other side where the bed was, was quite hot. Overall though, it was a good stay, and I would likely stay again if I’m ever back there.
