The staff is very friendly. The rooms are comfortable.

Rooms were ok, but the air conditioner was extremely loud. Bathroom was not as expected, old and worn out. Not at all modern.

Upon entry, facility appeared clean and up dated. Our room had used hygiene items from the previous guest and the refrigerator was frozen up. Breakfast was awesome.

Our room was dirty. The key card scanners to enter the pool area and fitness room were broken and signs were hung up to ask you to go to the front desk to be allowed in either area. Room above us was very loud and unruly.

Stay was great. Lobby was promising and nice, however once on elevator things changed by appearance. Paint on doors the carpet and up keep is not the main focus of facility. Customer service was 10/10 though. Would recommend to anyone seeing that you only have two choices in Laurel.

I stayed on the first floor and the tools were newly renovated eith tall ceilings making the room feel spacious.

The bathroom was a mess. Sink faucet just about fell off it was so loose. Shower faucet was just about the same. Shower knob leaked and continues dripped.

The hotel room was filthy and was covered in mold. Bed frame was sinking in and squeaky not comfortable. The floors were so dirty it made bottom of my foot black. Mold was covering all over bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting.

The hotel itself could use some updating. The interior looked and felt dated, and the pillows went completely flat as soon as you tried to use them. Breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment. Several of the items looked dry and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while, so there is definitely room for improvement there. Despite those issues, the comfortable room and great staff made the stay enjoyable. With some updates to the property, better pillows, and a fresher breakfast, this could be a really nice place to stay.

Property. The bed was falling off the frame, no sheets for the pull out sofa, and the staff was pretty useless. Stayed at lots of Holiday Inns and felt we would have a good experience, will Likely never stay at another to avoid this experience happening again…

There was an odor in the room. Had to buy air fresheners. I believe the odor was coming from the carpet.
