Other then that it was a nice hotel

The rooms we had weren't very clean when we checked in. Trash in the trash cans hair in the bed, hair in the shower, and the showers were dirty. We stayed two nights, after the first night we requested that our rooms be cleaned at about 10:30 am. We left and came back abut 2:00 pm, and they were still dirty, so we called the front desk, and they said that they would make sure that they were cleaned. We left again, and came back about 7:00 pm, and the rooms still weren't cleaned, we called the front desk, and they said that the maid staff had left for the day. The hallways had bags of trash and dirty laundry sitting outside the doors, trash was flowing over in the ice & vending room. Terrible experience.

Overall our stay was nice, although there was food left in the fridge from a previous guest so I wondered how well the room was cleaned before our arrival

The location to Ft. Sill, restaurant and stores was excellent. When we checked in we weren’t told that they only clean the rooms every other day so after day 3 and our room was never clean, garbage cans not emptied and we still had the sane towels that’s when we found out. So day 4 we were very surprised that our room still wasn’t clean. So after complaining once again they sent someone up to bring us fresh towels and clean the room. Breakfast was $10 and it was just fruits on a breakfast bar. I don’t recommend this hotel and will never stay there again.

It’s my favorite place to stay in Lawton while visiting family; it’s consistently clean, staff is friendly, and I’ve only had good experiences there.

Location to fort still Staff wasn’t exactly overly helpful and the hotel was not the cleanest.

Room was very clean. And the hotel's proximity to the turnpike made getting there and getting back on the road easy (without being too close to hear any traffic).

Good location for shopping! Definitely a bit run down for the price you’re paying for one night. Our room didn’t have a remote that worked but the staff was kind in helping us resolve the issue. Our room was nice, but our bathroom was a bit dirty. The shower had low water pressure because the bathtub faucet was faulty. There was hair leftover in the shower from the previous guest, as well as a leftover piece of popcorn under the bathroom sink.

At check-in, we were informed our room would only be cleaned every other day. NEVER cleaned it once. Had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and cups. I informed the main desk the room still had not been cleaned. They never cleaned it. I had to take our overflowing trash cans and dump them myself. So for our entire stay of 4 days our room was never cleaned. I wont be staying here again.

I reserved a king bed. Only bed available during check-in was 2 queens. It was after 11PM, so i didn't argue and just took the 2 queen beds. Everything else was great!

I spent a couple of night here and everyone was so kind! The breakfast was great and the pool was so much fun!

Course the rooms are very clean love bartender. The lady that checked me in was so kind and helpful. Love the pool and jacuzzi even though it was hot so I only wanted night. The place is getting some reconstruction in areas but that's not an issue. Sorry I didn't get to eat the breakfast I had to get up too early

The front desk was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast Buffett was pretty good and the staff were delightful.
