This place is terrible! Our room was DIRTY, found and killed lots of bugs including cockroaches. The breakfast consists of oatmeal packets, cereal & some apples. The shower was filled with mold. The tv froze anytime you tried to watch something. The phone is only a display in the room and not actually hooked up to anything. I would not even recommend this place to my worse enemy. DISGUSTING!

The room was dirty, smelled, and was run down. The bathroom was moldy. It was a very unpleasant stay.

The AC unit in room 122 made weird sounds all night. Loud enough to keep me awake. There are no drain stoppers for the tub. The water was brown and when I questioned the staff about it in the morning, they said they knew the city was working on the waterlines. I had noted to them that I was very unhappy with my stay. I was unable to take a bath, shower or even brush my teeth. I questioned about a refund and was told that they could not help me because a manager was not in. The staff made no attempt to even write it down to give to the manager. Again, I was very very unhappy.

Nothing The room smelled, the fridge smelled like rotten food, the bath tub was rusty and had a dead fly in it, the breakfast was stale cereal. It didn't feel safe.

Checking on Wed 26 to Sat 29 They did clean the room on Thu but not on Fri I came in at 330pm not clean. I went to the front desk and told him they didn't clean my room the garbage was still there the bed was never done and no clean towels. He gave me some towels and said someone will be there soon. I left Sat and nobody ever came to clean my room 😒

The location not far from my destination Rooms not together or close as i requested. Rooms filthy. Trash in floor sticking out from under couch.blood on sheets.Roaches. Reeked of weed. When asked for different rooms was met with attitude and rudeness. Asked for cleaning supplies to clean myself. Was denied.sent cleaner in.opened door peeked head in and that was it.we watched her. Came back to trash still in floor. Had to move from one room.to another bc of smell of weed.we were there for military and my soldier cant go back smelling like skunk weed..and live roaches on bathroom door. dead roaches on bathroom counter in the new room. Mold in sink. Hairs in sink and tub and we hadnt even used the bathroom. Alot of plug ins didnt work.Watched drug deals from sitting area. Then they went to enclosed pool area and smoked their joints. We would be in our room and it would just start smelling like skunk weed. Like someone was outisde our room smoking it and coming in thru the ac. No tv channels. Out of 25 globe lights around pool only 5 worked so dark and uninviting for me to put my child in there. Breakfast consisted of cereal and bagels. No hot meal. The lobby was covered in dust on all surfaces. The guy worker couldnt hardly understand him. When we had to go ask for anything he would say what can I help u with now. Even waited til next day to ask for toilet paper for 2nd room. Thank God it was a female and she was nice as gold. I asked for refund on the first day since it was so bad and thats not me normally. And he told me I don't know what to tell you but no refund. I want a full refund for both rooms. That place needs a visit from a health dept. It had a beautiful sitting place in between the walls of Rooms by pool.could be really beautiful place to stay if better managed and cleaned. Like carpets vacuumed and mayb cleaned. Has a good setting right off highway. Ive never bn so disappointed in my life. Idk how to go about getting a refund. I should have taken more pics

The room was ok at best, I understand that it was a 50.00 a night hotel but the mini fridge did not work, and the A/C quit working on the last night, and when I said something to the staff they refused to do anything about it

It was in a quiet area I didn’t like the complementary breakfast that was available. All they had was oatmeal, cereal, coffee, and orange juice. That’s literally it.

Bar was not opened, it was pet friendly, staff was nice. The upgrades were not done. It was dated in some of the rooms

Breakfast was included, but the food provided was not real breakfast. There was only cereal and coffee.

The staff was rude because I booked online when I presented the issues I had. There were cockroaches in the room. It seem as if the homeless population hung out around night by the pool area.

Great property on the inside aroujd the courtyard. Pretty nice pool and bar. Smoking rooms are on outside rim and not very nice. Biggest complaint i have is that we overslept and when they woke us up and we got packed cleaned thee rooms. When we went to check out the dude said his boss said if I didn't rebook and in a smoking room necause they were booked full that they would ban me from the property.

I'm glad I was there for one day. While using the toilet, I had roaches by my feet. When I leave a hotel, I strip the bedding to help out housekeeping. When I did that, there was a dead fly at the foot of my bed. The price was okay, but I'll pay a little bit more for a better hotel.

Coffee was good. Pool was ok but needed cleaned Cockroaches, people trying to sell my grandson tennis shoes, shady people living there roaming all night outside my door. TV kept going in and out. Strange smell in the room
