Good nice clean room was big bedroom

I advised I was a late check in on my check in date and front desk cancelled my reservation. When I arrived I did not have a room. Other people were in the lobby asking for a refund because the rooms were so filthy. They tried to offer my mom another room which was supposed to be non smoking but it smelled awful of cigarettes. We also saw a big bed bug stuck on the mattress. Just yuck!!

The front desk, staff top tier amazing every hotel should want their employees to get treated and act this way literally the best part of staying at this hotel was checking in besides the front desk people all the other employees are rude they like to play games they like to stand in doorways and listen to peoples conversations all the other staff have attitudes every single day never can get towels toilet paper anything for the room on a good note amazing furniture good quality of the things that’s in the room pool looks clean. Lots of people have been in and out of it so that’s amazing. You don’t see that hotels a lot.

We checked out of this hotel within ten minutes of our arrival. We were appalled at the condition of the property. Yes, it's cheap, but the reviews I'd seen led me to think it would at least be passable. We just needed a place to stay to break up a roadtrip and let our little one crawl around for the evening after being in the car all day. This location did not feel safe and it was not clean. When we walked up to the room, a woman came out and hastily walked away. We think that, despite us having a reservation for days beforehand and not showing up until hours after check-in started, that they did not have a clean room ready and had to send housekeeping up last minute to straighten up. I wouldn't have let my baby touch the bed or the floor. The bed looked like someone had blown their nose on it. The room smelled like smoke despite being non-smoking. The door had a large gap and didn't close properly. It seems they allow people to live in the rooms long-term, so the lobby was full of people who would otherwise be un-housed. There were people wandering the entire property. We did not feel safe leaving our car in the parking lot. The young man at the front desk was very polite and was the only positive to this experience. He was not there when we went back ten minutes later to check out, so we wrote a note on our key and left. Do not waste your time or your money on this property! Terrible experience!

Deceiving reviews. 1 star is a compliment if I’m being serious. Broken safety hinge, ripped curtains, doors with writing on them, lights that don’t fully function, and cabinets that don’t close all the way. I stayed 2 hours only because I was finding another nearby area to stay. I did not feel safe and if you are strapped for cash don’t even consider this one either.

Room was so nasty and stank so bad we didn’t stay. When we checked in we were told we were in room 205 but someone else was already in that room. So we were moved to room 203 and the gentleman had to pick the door open. We ended up cancelling our room and leaving.

Very rundown hotel .I understand it is very cheap ( 55 $ it’s a good deal) but the location ,the parking lot and the reception makes it look like the hotel is about to go out of business. The room modest but at least clean and cold .

Clean room i guess. The shower didnt work properly so i had to switch rooms. I also found clothes in one of the drawers

Rooms very dated faucets in tub and sink not in good repair. AC worked average. Doors need some repair as water came in the room during a rain storm

At check in I should have know... another guest was arguing about their dog not my issue, my issue is the dog was allowed to lick my leg. Then was told the room I paid for they couldn't do so I was given a room with 2 beds an not 1 like I paid for. Ok, got settled, couple of days go by we are asked to move rooms or be charged more for the room we were in. Sent to a room that smelled horrible stain on walls. I felt like I couldn't complain or I would be charged for a different room. I had to stay as there was no refund option.
