The room was on second floor, non-smoking but it reeked of weed. The bathroom was horrendous, toilet was cleaned never - there were brown “leftovers” all over it. Sink, mirror and walls had other color of specks. Outside the only 3rd of sign was working. Broken rusted pew welcomes customers to motel vestibule. Inside was not swept or vacuumed for ages. Only good thing that was working harder than housekeeping and management was AC in the room. Grateful for it in 100F local weather. It’s like someone gave up or just don’t know how to maintain. The place has a lot of potential.

If you are coming to Lawton Oklahoma to visit and/or to see your service family member graduate from basic training, this is the place to stay. Ten minutes from the entrance and to town.

I asked for an extra pillow after the first night and never got on for 3 nights. Only decaf coffee available, cereal with no milk.

Great place to be left alone. Staff was super nice. The room was not clean. Clumps of hair were left in the shower and food was left in the fridge and microwave. There was a cockroach in the room as well.

Room was clean, but furniture is stained.. Air conditioner works. The lobby is dirty and furniture is stained. No breakfast available. Staff is very laid back. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever been in.

Afteron the second day I asked for fresh towels and she handed me paper thin holey black stained towels and said "They're clean. Just stained" Um Honey, these are rags! The carpet was filthy. I could tell by the build up on my black socks. This place was built in 1962 and has not seen any repairs since. The tables at the pool side are original and the paint is peeling off in chunks. My advice .. there are much better places to stay in Lawton town proper for ten dollars more. Protect your health. Stay elsewhere.

For the duration of time we needed to stay there to attend my son's Army graduation ceremony, it served its purpose. Staff was very helpful and polite. Property needs renovations but they were working on that.
