Room was so nasty and stank so bad we didn’t stay. When we checked in we were told we were in room 205 but someone else was already in that room. So we were moved to room 203 and the gentleman had to pick the door open. We ended up cancelling our room and leaving.

Very rundown hotel .I understand it is very cheap ( 55 $ it’s a good deal) but the location ,the parking lot and the reception makes it look like the hotel is about to go out of business. The room modest but at least clean and cold .

Clean room i guess. The shower didnt work properly so i had to switch rooms. I also found clothes in one of the drawers

Rooms very dated faucets in tub and sink not in good repair. AC worked average. Doors need some repair as water came in the room during a rain storm

At check in I should have know... another guest was arguing about their dog not my issue, my issue is the dog was allowed to lick my leg. Then was told the room I paid for they couldn't do so I was given a room with 2 beds an not 1 like I paid for. Ok, got settled, couple of days go by we are asked to move rooms or be charged more for the room we were in. Sent to a room that smelled horrible stain on walls. I felt like I couldn't complain or I would be charged for a different room. I had to stay as there was no refund option.

That was the worse place to stay my husband and I couldn’t resist not even an hour in the room it’s super dirty I can not even describe how filthy it was

Pictures were deceiving looked nothing like the picture paid extra for non smoking room smelled like smoke . Broken toilet . Rooms are out dated and was "clean" but still felt dirty . Staff was unprofessional.

Low cost, close to where I needed to be, polite and prompt service and great management. Theyre making good progress on a building that needed a lot of work. Proud of the progress!

The staff was polite There were roaches in the room. There was roach droppings on the air conditioner. The sheets were dirty. The room smelled like THC.

Staff is great It’s a little run down for the money.

Nothing The dead rats outside my room door. The dirty towels on the bathroom and bedroom floor. The dirty sheets and blankets balled up on the bed when we first walked in. The room was not even attempted to be cleaned.

The people seemed nice and pleasant enough and let me know that it is not a fancy place. I would recommend they stay at this property if you are very tight on cash and a solo traveler. The listing says there is a pool and it is an empty hole. It says there is a fitness room and good luck not getting injured on this equipment from 1980 that doesn’t work. I’m not trying to be mean I’m just telling the truth so expectations aren’t high or what it claims to be. The owners did say that they are new and I hope they get some feedback and take it to heart that this place has a lot of potential. I hope is realize with some new energy put into it. Trash all around the complex and housekeeping knocked on my door once and I said no thank you and 30 minutes later a lady just walked in my room and received a view. I think she could could have done without. I also recommend to not have your staff just walk in to the room while it is occupied and the guest has expressed that it is not necessary. Major invasion of privacy when they were alerted before, but maybe she learned at my expense. Steer clear if you’re a couple or definitely a family and only stay if you’re just putting your head down for the night and there’s nowhere else. I’ll give it a try again down the road and hopefully this review will be much improved. The room did fit my needs for my solo traveling and if you are a guy exploring the area and need some basic accommodations, this is your place.

The staff were the sweetest!! I came down for my husband's graduation from basic training, and showed up at 8pm when check in was at 3pm, they still let me check in, pet fees were reasonable, had my baby puppy with me, and the parking was great, not loud, comfortable beds, had a microwave, fridge, the room was spotless and clean, well put together ect.!! All together i do recommend this location! Especially if you are low on money, and need a nice safe place to lay your head!

Rooms are very clean front desk is very polite and understanding I over all will recommend anyone to stay here
