The amenities were pretty good in all respects, but one. The dryer in the laundry room on the 3rd floor was ineffective, possibly due to having a faulty heating element. On my sixth day there, I ran two loads of laundry on "high" and about half of my clothes were still damp. I reported this to the front desk, but it was still not fixed five days later when I ran my second load of laundry. Other than that, good stay.

The room was clean, I slept comfortable, it was HOT outside very grateful that the cooling system worked well. I did not sample breakfast.

Staff was nice when we checked in. Bathrooms and rooms were clean except for some spots on the bedding.

The property alone is an older building which I wouldn’t have a problem with as long as carpet in room was clean and room did not smell musty like mold my “suite was next to utility room and was very noisy staff banging I don’t know what but can hear everything thru wall at early time and air conditioner was super loud very disruptive,continental breakfast was good and staff was friendly upon approach amenities such as pool and spa were accessible at designated times posted no issues .main concern the sofa/couch/bed that I shared with my guests was thin and springs where at touch lastly the bathroom door did not have a lock so for a suite to share with 5 people was chaotic .

Decent price. Decent room. The lady at the front desk wasn't helpful at all. Very rude and didn't seem to know her job very well.

Very disappointed of this hotel. We are in a road trip, we had stay in several hotels during 2 weeks but this is not a good place and very expensive for the things they offered. The air conditioner of both rooms was awful so warm, we couldn’t sleep well. There was something in the blankets or bed that constantly bother it itched us. When we decide to take a bath in the morning no shampoo or conditioner, very poor. I will never stay in this place again. The staff was friendly but building really disappointed for the price.

I will not stay at this hotel again! I will spend the money to have fresh towels, and the trash emptied.
