I put okay because of other guests dogs barking while we were trying to sleep.

The smell was not pleasant. It smelled ancient.

Very friendly accommodating staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved all the seating areas. The only negative for our stay…we did not like the glaring bright lights in the pool/hot tub room. Breakfast was delicious however, they must have been short staffed, because the poor lady trying to keep up with restocking we felt bad for.

Breakfast was alright. Loved the full size microwave and a the kitchen area with a decent size fridge. Bed was way too hard and stiff for my body and the sofa bed was broken down. Hated having dogs next to us that didn't stop barking for most of the 2 nights they were there with us. Would rather stay on another floor next time where it's quieter.

Good staff and location I booked what was supposed to a two bed room only to arrive and find out the only had one bed rooms and it was supposed to be wheelchair accessible and the only accessible room. They had was hearing accessible.

Can use a little updated but I will stay there again if I have to go back for any other reason other then my sons football games!

Overall above the standards, Mountain View was excellent. The breakfast was the best with tons of choices.

The staff were very helpful. Liked the room but the bed was very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. But the staff found some down pillows and brought them to us, so nice.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself needs work. It’s dingy , the carpet needs replaced or steam cleaned there are stains all over them through the hallway. The ironing board needs to be replaced it’s wobbly and the cover on it is falling apart . Our nephew who rented a room as well didn’t have an ironing board or iron so he had to borrow ours . The shower in our room had stains in it and needs to be replaced. The dishwasher had stuff spilled all over the outside of it . The towels are rough and need to be replaced. The breakfast was terrible , the eggs were cold , there was one bagel, the counters were dirty , they served rubbery ham . We ended up eating out for breakfast instead. Overall not too a pleasant stay . Between the three families that stayed we agreed we wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and my room was both clean and comfortable. They accommodated my request for a room on a higher floor and breakfast was always great.

As a person who is gluten free, I was so impressed with the variety of the breakfast. Everything was clean and amazing.
