The room had many stains and the ACs were all broken so they had accommodations with portable units that leaked water everywhere and made a mess

With all the other options in the area, we would choose a more updated property next time. The rooms definitely had a stale food/mildew smell.

We enjoyed our stay there, as we went to Lagoon with our son and his family. We came the day after they did, and our room was in the other building, but at our request they were able to move us to the room right across from our family. The room was very accommodating. We have no complaints. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. thanks

water from the sink that isnt cloudy would be nice, as well as not needing to go to the gym room to get clean drinking water in the room. ventilation for the rooms would be a nice upgrade as anytime you use the built in kitchen to cook literally anything thoes fumes get stuck in the room and stink the place up bad. front desk staff was very helpful though

We like the bed comfort and free Wi-Fi. The overall cleanliness is not good. The fridge had food left over of previous guests. The toilet has urine when we checked in to the room. The kitchen floor is not clean. The staffs are not friendly.

The room was decent size and staff was nice Room was outdated and air conditioning was a machine with hose running out window. Bathtub was old and had been repaired with totally different color. Dresser was not bolted to wall dangerous for kids. Sat morn fire alarm went off for over and hour at 7 am, everyone was standing outside. So we didn’t have time for breakfast, and there was no explanation or compensation for the inconvenience. The pool was closed most of the stay, on Sunday a note appeared’ pool chemicals out of whack, closed until Monday’ ( that is exactly what it said) the bottles in the shower were empty except for the shampoo no body wash or conditioner. There is an also a hole by the over fill drain that was shooting cold air while you bathed. The fridge was not cold so the food we had brought went bad, I even turned it up( freezer was good) the front door was very hard to close, and the door to the building, the key card was not needed to open door and made us feel very insecure. The remote to one tv turned channel on all tvs, so when my daughter changed tv in bedroom, the channel in living room would change. And there was no ice machine at all in the whole hotel. We had two ice cube trays from 1983 in the freezer, so we had to wait 5/6 hour to get ice.
