When booking online, it said the room could handle 5 people. I booked 1 room for 5 in my family. Upon arrival I was told that the room only sleeps 4. When I got to the room, there was no where for our 5th person to sleep. I had to get another room. The staff was kind and gave me a good rate, because it was advertised as sleeps 5. However, they only booked me for 1 night, and not both nights (I assume an oversight on their part). The next day when our keys didn't work, we found out that we were not booked for the 2nd night. The lady at the desk helping us was not friendly and would not originally give us the rate from the first night. Eventually she did, but she very rudely kept asking who authorized it (which is not my business, that's a problem between the employees). If it wasn't for the employee the 2nd day, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The booking companies need to verify how many people can sleep in a room.

Room was clean and bed was very soft! Bathroom is spacious and water pressure was very good. Everything felt clean. It is a louder A/C but I like that it provides consistent white noise so I didn’t hear anything else all night.

We got locked out of the building twice because the outdoor doorknobs are so worn out they wouldn’t turn all the way.

Great room, very clean and comfortable, convenient to Hill Aerospace Museum. Laundry room had a bit of a line and dryer did not work well due to ventilation it seemed.

The pool and hot tub were being renovated and were not usable. Other than that, the staff, especially Ren, were very kind and helpful.
