The pool deck was disgusting and dirty. The pool had debris and what looked like feces in it. There was not ventilation and wreaked like chlorine, we had to open the sliding door which barely worked. I won’t be staying here again. Was the worst stay we had on our 2 week road trip.

It’s an older hotel. It’s been updated so you can see some things that they missed like the a charger pod plug-ins are helpful if you don’t have a box on the light fixtures. But other than all the rooms very small we had a wagon and it was just hard to find a place to put it. The pool on the hot tub on the breakfast wasn’t as good some of the hours that we’ve had and we came like an hour before closing and all the stuff where they’re eating breakfast so we didn’t even really get to have the full scope of what I offered. But the dust was very helpful people that work there were very helpful. Everything was nice and clean and styled.

Close to a lot of places to eat. The mattress and pillows are horrible. I couldn’t get any sleep. This was a nightmare. Dogs barking and kids knocking doors after 10 pm. The tv won’t turn off. Being close to the freeway makes it very noisy. The breakfast was horrible too. Expired sauces, no flavor food, very limited options.

We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after the first night. The interstate is way too close, that’s all you could hear all night it long. The fridge didn’t work, bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the a/c didn’t work. The desk lady was very nice when we checked in but then it was like they all left and no one was ever at the desk anymore, every time we walked by there was no one around. The next morning when I went to talk to them about the issues the lady at the desk was nice and apologized but said I’d have to pay for the 2nd night which I assumed I would have to. We left to eat breakfast and came back to check out and she said she had spoken to her manager and the maintenance guy about the room and they were not going to charge me for the 2nd night. Overall the hotel was terrible but the staff, when they were at the desk, was nice. Won’t stay again.

Breakfast food was good however the countertops were not periodically cleaned. Spilled milk, pancake batter, cereal, etc was all over. No spray oil for the waffle maker so the batter was sticking. Guests could have been tidier, however the hotel was not short staffed and no one took on the task while we were there.

Was locked out of my room prior to my departure which was most annoying after returning late in the evening.

The ladies at the front desk were an absolute pleasure - so friendly and welcoming. The bed was so comfortable - I had the best night's sleep! Very clean and safe location and convenient to many restaurants. Perfect for an overnight stay!

Great staff. I lost my key fob down the elevator just after checking in. Before I could panick the front desk took action, contacted the manager and within a short time I had my keys. Some of the staff still remember me. .nothing notable

Their solution was to give us two separate rooms for the price of the one I booked, which at first sounds generous. However, the rooms were nine doors apart, meaning my 16-year-old daughter and friend would have had to stay alone down the hall. That completely defeated the purpose of booking a room with a pull-out sofa so we could stay together. The staff blamed the booking website, saying it allowed the reservation even though they were sold out. However, the hallways were always empty the entire time we were there, which made that explanation questionable. They also placed us in a disability-accessible room, saying it was the last one available. While standing at the desk, I overheard the employee on the phone telling someone they still had a single queen room available, which made the situation even more confusing. While I appreciate the attempt to compensate by offering two rooms for the same price. I did take the offer since it was late but I still ended up paying 2 state taxes and 2 room oppupencies. I felt it was poorly managed, especially since our confirmed reservation had been given away. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not what I expect when I make a reservation in advance.

Good breakfast Friendly and helpful staff

Pool is great, perfectly warm and plenty of towles. Staff is very nice and courteous. The small tvs are absolute crap, it's time to move into the 21st century. We had to switch rooms because one of the TVs looked like it was punched. Not enough breakfast at all, if we didn't get down there as soon as it opened there were very slim pickings. No free wifi unless you are Marriott member. We also found screws on a cord sticking up under the table. You can feel cords under the carpet in the room.
