Water bottles provided in the room for the hefty fee of $3.00 each. Again, complimentary would go a long way. Awful views

Ot was a nice stay how ever the photos they have online are not what the rooms look like the whole reason I chose the room.i did was because I thought it had the same items as in the picture and that was definitely not the case

There is only 1 elevator bank. The stairs are at the farthest end of the hall. In the on site laundry the machines are coin operated but there is not a change machine.

Location and cleanliness Beds were way too firm. Room right next to elevator was annoyingly noisy.

Stay was ruined as I was bit by something during the night. Woke up to seven bites on my side. We looked for signs of bed bugs but didn’t see any indications.

Room was clean very nice. Refrigerator didn’t work the greatest, but was still nice to have in the room.

the room was above the indoor pool... very strong smell of chlorine ... The front desk dismissed it...

The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was good!

I could not sleep due to the odor and the windows would not open but a few inches. The staff and amenities were good . The room itself was the problem.

Staff was so friendly and welcoming. This is my go to hotel when I am in the area.

The elevators were not working, there was one set of stairs that were very far from our room. We had an injured teenager with us that could not go up & down the stairs alone. It took 4 trips to the car to get all of our belongings to the car and another trip for 2 of is to help the injured teen down the stairs.

My short stay was great. I used the pool and hot tub.

Room was clean however the carpets are very dated and dingy. Front office was very friendly and worked with us as we got there early.

Loved the property, was beautiful and clean. Only complaint was the pillows and breakfast not included but was the same buffet style food at other hotels that are included.
