Good. Stayed in Rm 215. There wS a wet spot on the floor at the front of the desk area.

Hotel is close to Lagoon. However the view from the room we were given (207) was of a gigantic air conditioner unit. Literally right outside the window. The tub in the room did not drain when showering. Disappointing as we paid more than we really wanted to hoping that a Hilton would be a better experience.

Amazing staff

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable after a long day of driving. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check in was quick and easy. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The location is great, right off the freeway with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, making it a perfect overnight stop. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through the area.

The beds are very hard and the bathrooms very small

Felt like there were hidden fees and misleading info. When I booked there was a breakfast available highlight mentioned, but then I found out I had to pay an additional charge for breakfast. There was also an additional $50 fee when I checked in. I drank a water and left the 3$ inside the ring of the paper explaining the cost to pay, but was then charged an additional 3$ to my card after I left. Overall the combination of these 3 things made the stay feel like o was being tricked and not valued as a customer.

Stay was great. We did have some young kids knock on our door at midnight and run. That was really the only complaint. We still plan to stay again for our next several planned trips.

Beautiful room, quiet rooms, restaurant on property There were black ants on the floor. I did tell the front desk and he didn’t seem concerned. Didn’t ask any questions. No coffee cups. The creation the room was settled and clumping

Check in was fast and easy. Very friendly staff. Generous spaces in the lobby. Room was nice sized. The offered shampoo/conditioner/body wash/body lotion were very nice and moisturizing. Really enjoyed the stay. Only problem I had was I need white noise to sleep and the fan did not stay running for long. So hearing housekeeping at 6 am was unfortunate for me. Would stay here again. Lots of options for eating near by. The pool looked so beautiful but I didn't get a chance to try it. Nor did I try the onsite eating options.

ok, my toast was burnt ,had to return No towels at swimming pool,and the water was so cold

Perfect location very clean. Restroom was a bit small also no fan in the restroom, and breakfast was $13pp

The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that was negative (besides not having a free breakfast like most hotels do) was that in the morning we found some dead bugs in the room and some in the hallway outside the room.

Great experience. Quiet and dark!!
