The front desk gal yelled at me when I tried to ask for assistance changing to a different Hampton Hotel. The room smelled bad. There were stains on the lamp shade. The carpet is something you would find at a car dealership

The only problem we had was the beds were really hard. It was almost like trying to sleep on the ground. not a very restful night for us.

The room smelt like it had been smoked in. Also it wasn’t vey clean. It had hair still in the bathroom and also on some of the towels. The lady at the front desk was not very accommodating when I told her the room smelt like it had been smoked in. We have stayed at many Hampton’s in the past having a great experience. But not this time. Very disappointed!!!
