Not much to look at from the outside but the room was great! Clean, large room, great pieces of furniture to help with saving room inside it! Nice walk-in shower. Staff was nice as well. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Staff and employees talk to were very good and nice. Person next to me or above me had a child or something running from one side of the room to the other past my normal bedtime. 9:30-10.

The staff was awesome. The elevator was broken 2 of the 4 nights we stayed. We couldn't park in the parking lot because it was full of construction trucks for materials for the hotel. The exercise facility was under construction, the men's bathroom downstairs was out of service. Good staff, just bad timing.

It was a place to sleep, kind of, the floor we were on people were being loud and knocking on doors at like 1 in the morning laughing. Room was dirty, crumbs on the counter and the remote was sticky and looked like it had food stuck to it, beds were awful. You get what you pay for !

We really enjoyed the room very nice and clean lots of amenities we even like the location. we liked the breakfast in the morning. Staff was good the room was nice and clean.

The problem is, that I booked my room and when I had gotten there there was not the room I booked. My father passed away and I needed my family to be together. This don’t happen, I was then charged an extra $97 for what I don’t know because I was told the extra room would be taken care of by the hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room however was not great. The bathroom specifically looked like it had been barely cleaned. The toilet was dirty, the floors had hair all over and there was hair on the shower walls. The bathroom counter felt like it was about to fall off. Overall, we will not be staying here again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the warm cookies in the evening were delicious. The hot breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.

It was a bit frustrating because the building is under renovations and it had a strong smell of paint. It was very overwhelming, its something they should state prior to booking. We slept with our windows open how we had headaches every night due to the smell.

The buffet was not good. Food was empty at times. Eggs and sausages were empty.

Great location, but no noise from the freeway. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Check in was easy, the desk clerk pleasant and helpful. The room was large and clean. We'll be back!
