I didn’t stay neither sleep there . Surrounding very bad and poor . I want my money back . I Called endlessly, you refused to pickup my phone . Send my money back thanks Send my money back . I sleep or stay to that bad and poor environment. You have red carpet as an entity name and on booking website you IPL airport inn. Bad business

they had a vacancy when our flight was canceled Air conditioner control panel was sabotaged but I could get it to work but the condensate went all over the floor Bathroom faucet handle came off in my hand, hard to shut off water

Clean sheets, clean bathroom AC controls not working right, old and dirty furnitures, funky smell, no fridge or microwave

Room door was hard to lock, at the door there was mosquito nets and the floor was dirty and the all the bed cavers have stain and bed sheets are very old and although bathing area have a lot mosquito and the shower tubes are attached with duck tapes. Cleanse, the door is not safety and mosquito
