Staff treatment of customers is awesome!

This is not a hotel but rather a motel in which rooms are entered from the outdoors. Since it shares the Hyatt hotel’s airport shuttle, getting back and forth is not a problem. This motel doesn’t have any eating establishments nearby but they did offer the use of the shuttle which also made stops to the La Quinta hotel which had a dinner and a Dennys within walking distance. All three of the hotels which share the airport shuttle are located in rough areas but are reasonably close to the airport. The shuttle drivers were very helpful with the luggage. If you only need a place to stay and rest up between flights, this place will do the trick. But if you want a motel/hotel accessible to sightseeing, shopping, or dining, then it’s better to find another place to stay.

High price for a cheap room.

Location

Gorgeous park literally next door (Governor Printz Park). Love the surprise, sunsets and totally serenity. Lots of parking and outdoor seating.

Your rooms were clean, the location was Prime if you needed to go to the airport. Great access to highways. The staff was excellent, friendly, gave us suggestions on where to eat.

The property has the style of a traditional motel, so there is no elevator to the upfloors. If you have heavy luggage, this is something to keep in mind. The inn is located beneath a flight path, so you may notice some aircraft noise while outside or on the balcony. However, once the window and door are closed, the room is quiet enough for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, and the bed, linens, floor, and bathroom were all well maintained. It appears that the property has been updated fairly recently. While the renovations are simple rather than luxurious, everything felt clean and comfortable, which is what matters most. Considering the rates of nearby hotels, I believe this inn offers good value for the money. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, making the overall experience pleasant.

Clean and good for the purpose of the trip.

Property was in disrepair and the parking was awful, but the room was spectacular and the view of the River was awesome!!!

Decent place

The location is incredible and the room was great. But the grounds of the property are not in great shape and look a little scary

Discreet small hotel, clean with waterfront view, free parking is a plus. Designated area for smokers on separate side. I stayed for a World cup game and it's only 15 minutes from stadium and 9 from airport. Cool staff, would not hesitate to book again!

The river was the reason I booked this place.My room was clean the bed was comfortable. Shower floor and the refrigerator surface needed a little cleaning. All and all I felt safe and comfortable. The park being next door was a big plus.

Parking for all of my friends and a wonderfully updated and clean room with a beautiful view.

The hotel was under renovation so some of the hotel was a bit raw but the rooms were totally done and the staff was very accommodating.
