Waterfront Inn PHL Airport

It was clean, comfortable and updated There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property but it appears that the property next store is being torn down. It didn’t take away from our stay.

Staff was nice, room was clean and cozy. There is no elevator and heard some noise in the middle of the night.

The room was large and mostly clean, but there were some stains on the bedspread, and marks on the walls. The window shades had dead mosquitoes stuck to them. I did kill a couple of them in the room, but that might be to be expected being right on the river. The shower had some hairs in it, and the water pressure left much to be desired. The rest of the bathroom was spotless. Overall, it was fine for what I paid.

Do not use this place if you need ads with your luggage. I had two big ones that I had to lug to the farthest room. No elevator either. So they had to move me to the ground floor.

I did not stay here after the treatment I received when I tried to check in. I would never return to this hotel. I tried to check in and had previously told the hotel I was traveling with a mobility scooter. I booked two queen beds. When I arrived, the extremely rude desk clerk told me the rooms with two beds were on the second floor. There is no way to drive a scooter up a flight of stairs. The listing stated there was an elevator, but there was not. I asked for my money back and was told I had to go through booking.com. I called Booking.com and they called the hotel to straighten things out. The hateful desk clerk hung up on them three times. This place is the worst. I cannot say enough about the lack of service.

The rooms were clean and nice size. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free parking was a plus. The views of the waterfront and the park next door were great! I enjoyed my stay.

The airport shuttle took about 15 min and we were surprised to find that they also offered a shuttle to the port on Saturday morning (I’d check on this if you want to use it - seems like it might be sporadic). Check in was easy and friendly, even though we booked through Expedia. It’s motel style and there is no elevator, so keep that in mind. You can see the water from the exterior walkways. The rooms were nice for being a 2 star hotel! Slightly odd layout with the fridge being in the bathroom, but everything worked and was clean. The shower was good and the beds were ok. My only complaint would be that the door didn’t seal well. You could hear wind and see daylight around it. Not unsafe, but weather stripping would really help. The property next door is quite run down - unsure if it’s associated with Waterfront or not, but it’s unfortunate for them. If it weren’t for that this would seem like a much nicer hotel!

This is a motel style hotel with exterior entrances to the rooms. I would not want to stay here in the winter or during bad weather. I stayed one night and it served its purpose as a budget overnight before leaving on a cruise. The shuttle from the airport was fine and that they had a complimentary shuttle to the cruise terminal was an unexpected surprise and much appreciated. The room was ok and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and everything was exactly as expected. The check-in process was easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others.

The Inn was an easy drive into the city for sightseeing. The front desk staff member was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms had a great view of the river. The facilities in the rooms suited our needs. The rooms were unfortunately in need of a proper clean. The floors in particular were very dirty.

Checked in and after seeing this dump I handed the key right back to the guy at the front desk and left and went to the Candlewood. I didn’t like anything about this place!!

Not bad, needs repairs

This was the second time I stayed at Waterfront. It was clean and quiet. A cheap and perfect stay for the second time. Friendly staff

It had such a pretty veiw of the water! Felt clean, whole fridge/ freezer. Microwave. Roku tv. Did have an issue with leaking water and running out of utensils but was resolved.
