Very good

Amenities? There was no closet. Lighting was terrible. Plenty of outlets, that was good. We did have a fridge and microwave. Very old and run down. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We had a ground floor room so maybe the second and 3rd level are nicer.

Our room and view was exceptional. No Elevators. But very much worth lugging our luggage up to our exceptional room.

Got stuck in Philly. It is an older motel that could use some paint and a good scrubbing. TV didnt work but at least the fruit flies only wanted to spoon with mw.

It’s just OK, but it was cheap. Like a minimum security prison. A bed, a toilet and a shower. No other furniture. No chair, no bureau. But it was just 2 nights and I only went there to sleep and shower. The free airport shuttle didn’t show up at the airport, so I called a cab. The free breakfast was only for people at the Hyatt. The staff seemed like they’d rather be anyplace else on earth. Someone started setting off fireworks all around outside the building just as I was trying to go to sleep around 11 PM. I tried to call the front desk, but no one answered. So, not a great experience.

I liked the waterfront view and how close it was to the concert stadiums nearby.

The most frustrating part of my stay happened when I was locked out of my room because my key stopped working. There was no staff available to help, leaving me with no way to access my room. As a result, I had to spend the night at the hotel next door. From my understanding, I was only able to stay there after my friend contacted the police due to the lack of assistance. Another inconvenience was that the hotel does not have an elevator, making it difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs. The one positive aspect of my stay was the complimentary airport shuttle, which was convenient and appreciated. Overall, while I appreciated the airport shuttle service, the lack of cleanliness, the absence of staff when I needed help accessing my room, and the inconvenience of having to stay elsewhere made this a very disappointing experience. I hope the hotel addresses these issues so future guests don’t have to go through the same situation.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were cool! They had a microwave which I enjoyed. Nice scenic stay!

Room was clean and newly renovated, staff was lovely. Beautiful view. Highly recommend.

The rooms were clean and the location was perfect to get to the local stadiums. Safe area as well.

The property is derelict at best but the rooms themselves were ok. Staff was great.

Just don't go there. It is not clean at all. No closet. Fridge and microwave in the bathroom. Bathroom was super dirty. Towels and bed sheets dirty.

Great location, right on the water. Staff was friendly and efficient. Bed was pretty hard. Shower could've been cleaner and there was a significant gap under the door. It was decent for the price. I would stay again and hope for a beer bed lol

Location was lovely and the room was freshly renovated. The airport shuttle was prompt and clean. My only disappointment was the coffee service had no fresh milk/cream available, a small thing but something that would have made it a far better experience
