Quality Hotel Philadelphia Airport

Maybe the location I didn’t like anything about that place. As soon as you walk in it was very hot. it has roaches and other bugs that’s probably why it was so dark in the place . Hallways filthy, the refrigerator did not work, bed had stains

Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. My only drawback to my stay would be you could not use the pool. They were waiting for an inspection of it and the air conditioning in the building was out. NOT in my room. These things were not in anyone’s control. We all just had to roll with it. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and slept well.

The hotel when we entered smelled of stale smoke and urine smell all throughout hotel...people loitering .... very unclean rooms....didn't even have amenities that could be used ...the pool was filthy and unclean ...the breakfast area for free breakfast very filthy...if could rate a zero I surely would....

Just don't. Door bar lock was broken off, sketch crowd. Filthy hallways. I should have slept at the airport. Unsafe.

Everything was awful about this hotel. People were living there and it stank.

It was very disturbed. It was very dirty. It was crackhead walking around the whole night banging on each other door. I couldn’t get no sleep. I didn’t even stay there the last night I was there. It’s just very un sanitize and trifling. I would never recommend no one to stay at their hotel again.

Terrible

The airport shuttle was very good. The room had no amenities - no phone, no Kleenex, no hair dryer. Toilet paper holder was broken. Floors were sticky and wet. Sink was dirty. Bed was okay, not great. TV was good. Some people who I think were guests were questionable. I didn't feel very safe. There was yelling on other floors. When I called to get a hair dryer (after having to look up the number on my phone), they were responsive and brought it quickly. But overall, I would not stay here again.

The only bad was the room key they stop working at the next day and the elevator need some maintenance , the rest was good , match with the price

Everyone was very much nice

Very dirty and unsafe. Had someone try to break into my room st 3 am and then tell me that i wasn't supposed to be in the room i was in because it is unsafe and the door can be slammed open. None of the lights in room had bulbs and tv didnt turn on. Air conditioner did get cold and had great water pressure in shower!

It looked like the hotel was being used as a homeless shelter. There were people drinking and smoking outside when I arrived, I did not feel safe. Inside in the public areas the toilets had been trashed and the room was dirty. I did not stay.

Staff was rude! GRIPED MY ARM UP, pool wasnt open. fridge didnt work, hallway smells like oh DAMP!!!!

The property is a good place as far as distance. They need to upgrade. I couldn’t use my toilet to make bowl movements I had to get a plunger from the front desk twice. They advertise a pool and this is the second time this summer I’ve gone and the pool isn’t open and asking them they say it will be.

I was verbally abused by security at the quality Philadelphia hotel. I was woken up by staff and they demanded I come to the front desk. I asked them to call the room phone to verify that indeed the staff needed to see me about a fake reservation. The security officer refused to stop screaming and yelling for me to open the door. They accused me of having drugs. They accused me of lying about my identity. They said someone claiming to be a Teresa jones/ Johnson was demanding the room I was in. I showed them my receipt and paperwork for the hotel. They, the staff said I didn’t exist in their computer. At 12:30 at night I was told the police was called and I would be tossed out of the quality philologist hotel. I called the police 6 times and begged them to come and protect me. I filled out a police report and will let my credit card company know I never stayed at this hotel. I was so afraid.. I slept in the rental car. I will submit the police report to my credit company and let them know about the incident and grad this hotel tried to do. I’m still in complete shock. I will be suing the quality Philadelphia hotel for the entire incident.
