Quality Hotel Philadelphia Airport

All of it was unprofessional

There wasn't AC in the hallways and the elevators. Only there was AC in the room. The room was clean but the others spaces were not clean.

This is a run down property in a very sketchy area with a lot of shady characters hanging around. The room was adequate just to spend the night but not a place I would want to hang out. Fairly clean but everything in the room was run down. Staff was fine for check in & check out. Didn't use the pool or try breakfast.

The room was nice and cold which was nice. The bathroom, shower area has mold on the walls and the shower fan was not working at all. The toilet seat was broken and the sink backup. The sheets on the bed look clean , but I used sheets that I had. The bed had an area that would sink in. I had to clean the room with disinfectant spray. It was nice there was a coffee make, but it was not well maintained and the water would have partial in it. The refrigerator was work but a low cooling temperature. The TV was working well and I was able to see the World Cup Game. I didn't make it to the breakfast in the morning, but they provide it. Overall, I was very disappointed with the poor condition of the hotel. The staff did the best they could with the key situation. I would not stay here again and I will be writing to Quality Inn corporate and asked them to check in the situation in this place.

The hotel is terrible. We had mold in our bathroom! None of the keys were working to the room doors. The staff are so rude and mean. I asked for room service and they never came

Having to wait on someone to open your room door because they don’t give you a key for your room, no A/C in hallways or elevators. I felt bad for the receptionist because the other one was not really helping her put out the dumpster fire this whole experience was. Over all the worst quality i have experienced.

Dirty pool smells breakfast area not clean

It was too late for me since i already paid in full for my room but you guys can find a different place to stay!

The room was nasty. People smoking pot in hallways. Parting in the back parking lot with grills and cooking. Just nasty!! Checked out and tan away!!!

They’re from sink leaked all over my clothes destroying my clothes front desk staff was very disrespectful the hotel is filthy and everything is falling apart the breakfast was OK but everything else in the hotel was terrible this was the worst experience that I ever had in my life booking a hotel these people are beyond disrespectful you got front desk people literally fist fighting with the guest people calling and saying that they ceilings fell in peoples this was this worse and really need to shut this hotel down put it under inspection because it’s terrible in here

Nothing to share except breakfast was at 8 am over. No more coffee no bacon nothing

Every time I need to get in the room I had to have a staff member let me in. If no one was available I had to wait until ther was someone. It was horrible

Crackheads everywhere do not stay!! Room overall had old stains but bed was okay. Breakfast was nice but the surrounding area and place are not great

No keys for any of the rooms. Hotel had employees running back and forth for hours opening room doors every time you needed to get into your room. Long waiting lines as they helped employees who only paid 25 bucks for a room before anyone else even with a line of 8 people trying to check in, full paying customers. The hotel smells horrible when you walk in, the hallways, and elevators. Once in the room, there was a roach walking on the bed. The bathroom towels were damp.Pool was dirty and people were partying with glass containers. I would never stay here again.

Breakfast was poor did not much to shoes from. Air-conditioning was good. Staff was not so good prepared. I did asked for a laat check out but I cancelled it but still I was charged .

The only way we could enter our room was by being escorted by staff because the keycard system was down, the shower wouldn’t stop overflowing and the gym had no air conditioning. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and the staff wasn’t too helpful. Won’t be returning!

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast could use bananas and yogurt. If you dont like eggs , you dont have many other choices

This hotel, I would not recommend to friends or family, spider webb, Marijuana smells from rear thru lobby, & parking lot..I had horrible room, smells and dust, with other guests eye lashes left behind, not cleaned. Over all just Horrible!!!!!!

This was my first time here aaannd the last one.
