Quiet Had go to lobby to heat food and wasn't enough coffee, sugar or creamer

The front desk representatives were really sweet and professional along with their security guard. For starters when I arrived, my room was ready however, when I entered the room, it was completely dirty. The beds were still unmade. The bathroom had used towels on the floor. I didn’t even go inside because it was filthy. I went downstairs to the front desk and they told me that is was impossible because the room was indicated it was clean. I said it was not. Thankfully security happened to have been on my floor and he even saw for himself and confirmed with the front desk that I was telling the truth. They apologized and gave me another room. I went to the new room to just use the bathroom and leave because I had to go to an event. When I got back from my event, it was really late at night and upon me changing my clothes I noticed that there was chewing gum. stuck on the top of the bed. I called the front desk, which I had to use my cell phone for because the phones in the room were not working. They told me once again that it was impossible. I went downstairs and told them exactly what happened and wanted to make it clear to them that this is my second assigned room. I told him your cleaning staff is not doing a job with cleaning. They gave me a new room. I said to myself, let me just get through the night. This room was clean however on the wall someone drew an antisemitism symbol. I told the front desk man who walked me to my 3rd room how racist and hurtful that is. The next morning when I went to go take a shower one of the towels had a blood stain on it. I was completely disgusted and couldn’t even call the front desk because remember none of the phones worked in the room and I had to use a hand towel to dry my skin off. I checked out two hours early because I just wanted to get out of that facility. Upon me trying to leave, the elevator was stuck. My mom who has knee issues and I had to walk down five flights of stairs with our luggage.

This was a decent hotel for what I wanted which was clean affordable place to spend the night near the Philly Airport. It was nothing special but it was a good value for money and I would stay here again for a similar budget trip.

Nothing Everything was horrible

Smelled like cigarettes and mildew. Fridge didn't work. Sink didn't drain. Toilet didn't flush. Bathtub didn't drain. Grungy. Trash up and down the halls. 2 out of 3 elevators broken. Breakfast was meager, and the OJ was watered down. The bed was nice and the linen was clean, thankfully.

The property needs renovation

large well appointed clean room. Big advantage in view of the price was the fact that room doors open onto interior hallways rather than the street. This is a huge safety feature, as I found out the night before when I stayed at a motel next to Motel 6 closer to the airport. hallways and common areas were not as clean or well maintained as the room.

The price The smell, the elevator took so long to even get to me yet alone bring me down. There was hair on my towels. And did i mention the smell?

I arrived a little after 8pm lobby loud people infront if the desk complaining about elevator and a missing wallet so I get to desk check in get to the elevator their 3 elevators in total only 1 works so now I'm waiting 10 minutes for the elevator to come down and get to my room on sixth floor get to my room and the barking starts for 5 minutes a dog is barking no one comes to calm dog so I go downstairs to request a different room so I get to my second room and the bathroom door won't shut mini fridge does not work had 1 towl if you want something cheap then this is your place if not I would suggest something a little better

Staff were great, airport shuttle is so handy and helpful. Nice place to stay for overnight before early morning flights.
