Quality Hotel Philadelphia Airport

Horrible should be shut down and rebuilt. The whole place smells like smoke. The floors are gross, the rooms look nothing like the pictures online. The elevator sounds like a death trap. Absolutely horrible. I'd rather pay an extra $50 or $100 and not feel gross. I was only there for 6 hrs and I contemplated sleeping in my car after I took a shower with shoes on

The room itself was disgustingly filthy, burn marks on the bed linens, food stains on the bed skirt, room smelled really musty, shower curtain smelled moldy, sink handles were broken, drains in shower were corroded and filthy, disgusting sticky possible food residue stuck in room desk, stains on the walls. Absolutely terrible! The hallways lobby and elevator were humid with absolutely no air flow, and only one elevator worked and honestly did not sound safe at all. Never returning there!

My original room had no remote. This has happened several times in the past year . Also the breakfast neverhas bananas to put in cereal . . The staff is polite but these are easy fixes . . I hooe someone checks the roo s before they are given to guests . Also thie room i had didn't have towels

I had to go to the reception desk three times due to getting assigned rooms already occupied or just not working and the hotel was blistering hot so I took three trips drenched in sweat some rooms have bed bugs and it smelt like stale cigarettes. Those trips cost me an hour when I was already exhausted from my flight getting delayed (only had 5 hours to sleep at this point). The only good was the security guard, he was helpful and made sure to come up to my room toverify my key worked. I wish I got his name but he was extremely tall and knew how to address my issue better than the staff at the desk. Next time I’ll sleep at the airport.

Location Staff charged me twice she was unaware of how to check in guest. Room was dirty people selling drugs outside. The had a party which the hotel never mentioned. We couldn't sleep the 2 nights because of it which lasted till 6 am just horrible.

The room was clean and quiet. We got a good night sleep and a nice shower. The lady at check in was not focused on customer service. We could barely hear her. The breakfast was frightening. It was like breakfast at a refugee camp.

Owner and most of the stuff was so rude. They don’t clean your room at all. They don’t give you a towel. If you need a towel you have to go downstairs and again they don’t give you enough towel for people in your room. They have three elevator, two of them broken and the other one doesn’t work good as well anything you ask them they never give it to you. All phone in the room are broken everywhere smell like shit Every minute is fighting with the people at the hotel police always coming and go. You feel so unsafe at that hotel I really so disappointed this hotel doesn’t worth it for one penny I cannot call the police Hotel somewhere look like they wanna abuse customer. So rude so disrespect. I travel every month three times I never ever seen something like that. Everything I didn’t like it

Weird smell, weird crowd. I felt uneasy. I regret no spending an extra $15-20 to stay somewhere nicer

The staff were helpful, breakfast was better than expected, and our room was very nice.
