Front of house staff at the desk were so helpful and understanding with my flight cancelation. I would come back just for the staff!
-
Room was dirty hot water didn’t work took 45 minutes to check in

There were 4 people working the desk when I arrived around mid-night. Nobody looked up to acknowledge me for several minutes. I felt ignored and unimportant. There was a cute area with snacks and drinks available to purchase, but they weren't able to charge it to my room, so I had to pay cash. The lobby was under construction. There was no mention of any amenities when I checked in. The rooms and hallways were very dated... felt like it had last been renovated in the 70's.

Absolutely gross hotel. The front desk staff were absolutely helpful and wonderful. The elevator smelled like urine. The hallway carpet and walls were ripped as we went ti the room. Supposedly a nonsmoking room but the smell of cigarettes hit you right at the door. The room reeked of cigarettes and there was a giant stain on the back head rest of the couch. We immediately walked out and promptly checked out of the hotel. It is NOT as advertised.

Stayed here with my son for the Langley/Wallen concert. We had a great time, excellent parking, had a decent view from the balcony (the balcony made it airy and bright - not as industrial as I thought it was going to be, lots of flowers. Staff are very friendly, beds were very comfortable. The separate sink outside of the bathroom is always a nice bonus as we get ready to go out! The whole weekend was worth the drive from Canada!

Older hotel with lobby under construction. Staff very friendly. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Shuttle to airport on time.

The hotel was dirty, the bathroom door was not locked

Dated hotel, but under construction for updates in the lobby. The room was decent. It was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. The hallway carpet, elevators, and parking lot leave a lot to be desired. Front desk staff was pleasant during check in and check out. Short wait to check in and we were able to check in 2 hours early. Affordable place to stay one night, but I would choose another hotel if staying more than 1 night. Also, no food places within walking distance.

Parking is easy. Staff is great
-
The staff was very friendly. The only thing that threw us was the $10.00 parking fee as we were not notified of this ahead of time and think is a bit steep for 1 night.
-
Un bon hôtel avec un excellent service. Très utile pour ceux qui partent avec NCL. Un stationnement pour la semaine à un prix raisonnable et une navette pour le transfert au bateau.

Having to find a local hotel due to a canceled flight for the night this hotel provided a clean room and decent amenities. The hotel was in the process of numerous remodeling activities and was not in pristine condition. due to the numerous canceled flights, the staff was overwhelmed with people checking in and if you did not pre-reserve a room you were most likely going to be denied a room the wait to check-in was almost two hours and the line after we checked in was even longer than when we arrived to check-in. I commend the staff for their patience and keeping the bar/restaurant open until all guests were checked in.

The staff was excellent. Especially how they were so helpful when a lot of flights were canceled and they had a rush of last minute customers. My room was clean. My only complaint about the room is that the balcony slider lock was broken and even though I was high enough I still was uneasy about it and wedge the lounge chair in the doorway. I did have to wait an hour and a half for the shuttle to the hotel from the airport. The wait wasn't due to the influx of customers. It just didn't come and after an hour it finally came but didn't stop. Didn't even look in our direction in spite of us trying to wave it down. And, there were only a couple of people on it so it wasn't because it was full. I tried to call the hotel a dozen times for the shuttle but they were busy and never answered. After an 20min google search I finally found a number for the shuttle service and it took a half hour after that convo for it to arrive. It looked like it was going to drive by us again but didn't. The shuttle driver was rude and didn't help a pregnant lady with a small child with her bags.

Overall good in a pinch. Need better food options

To our surprise, the front desk team had everything running incredibly efficiently. We were checked in in less than 20 minutes. As a family of six, we booked two rooms, and the staff made sure they were adjoining without us even having to ask twice. Despite dealing with a lobby full of understandably frustrated travelers because of the airline cancellations, every staff member remained kind, patient, and professional. What could have been a miserable evening turned into a much better experience because of the amazing team at the Clarion. Thank you to the Philly staff for your hospitality, grace under pressure, and genuine kindness. You made a difficult travel day a little brighter!

Although this hotel tries very hard as the staff is excellent, and the hotel clean, the whole property needs a major facelift from replacing the parking lot pavement to replacing out decades old carpet. As the hotel hosts NCL cruise check in and parking for the Philadelphia Cruise Port, I visited at least a couple of event spaces, such as a ballroom and all was really worse for the wear. I also spent the night, the room was OK but severely dated. It seems the lobby area is getting new flooring, a positive sign. Their on site restaurant only had 1 waitstaff on duty for breakfast time on the cruise departure morning, with many guests being cruise passengers, the unfortunate waitstaff person was overwhelmed.

1.5 hour wait to check in for a room. Dirty floors in lobby with ants. Bugs in the sink when we arrived and no hot water in the shower.
