Average hotel but good shuttle service to the airport

The hotel is in need of refurbishment and does not offer breakfast as standard though there is a restaurant on site. Staff were helpful at a VERY BUSY time. Don't think we would choose if not the temporary check in location for our cruise

Property is not good

The hotel is a beautiful hotel, but need a lot of renovation. It is old. It seems like everybody smokes in there. It smell of weed the 24 hours when I was there.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, a lot of parking. First time staying there would stay there again.

Restaurant had poor selection very mediocre food. Much of the equipment within the hotel did not work. Reserve a room with a king bed and got a room with a small double bed. Was told the hotel has no king beds. Much of the hotel structure was in need of serious Repair.

The room is nothing like the hotel! Would never stay there again.

We only stayed at the Clarion because Norwegian Cruise Line is using it as a temporary check in and boarding until their new port is constructed. The hotel is currently under construction and IT NEEDS IT. Our room had mattresses that were 3 inches high and it felt like we were sleeping on plywood. The rug in the room was disgusting. The bathroom sink did not drain and it took forever to get hot water in tub. The restaurant food was terrible and not cheap. Very slow service and not enough people working in restaurant. The process of checking into cruise went smoothly. Like I said, I would never stay here unless we were sailing out of Philadelphia. Hopefully the port will be completed by the next time we go on a cruise with NCL.

Airport shuttle

Avoid this hotel at ALL costs. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel, however, for $220 a night I also wasn’t expecting silverfish bugs in my bed, 3 of them. Additionally, the room was just filthy. I have been blatantly ignored by the hotel when trying to voice my concerns and request a refund. Just avoid and pay cheaper to go somewhere that will actually be better.

Hard time getting a hold over the phone , rude, only sheets no blanket , shuttle person is rude .

I got Mislead to an under construction lobby and room hallways. Never mentioned during reservation

Very outdated property. Nothing like the pictures. The shuttle was so late and drove past us the first time then I had to call again to get them to come back to pick us up from the airport. Beds are very uncomfortable. The rooms had leak spots on the ceiling.

The staff at the Clarion Hotel were helpful and friendly, doing their best within the limits of the hotel’s policies. Unfortunately, those policies were inconvenient—such as only one towel per guest and having to exchange dirty towels to get fresh ones. The room condition was poor—hair everywhere, broken items, stains, and dirty bathrooms. We only stayed due to necessity, and I would not return. The hotel needs a major overhaul. That said, the staff did accommodate us with a separate lounge area when requested, which was appreciated.

The hotel it’s okay , not very good or worse

Paid for a king, got a full. Comforter was ripped. Front desk gave wrong shuttle info and we had to wait 30min in the lobby at 4am for the next one. Lobby was under contraction. Whole place was dirty. Never again.
