Clarion Hotel Philadelphia International Airport

hotel lost power and we had to leave a day early since no tv/food/ice/ac.hope we get a refund

Very clean

I didn’t get my security deposit back and it’s been almost 2 weeks. Property and staff were great, a few clogged drains outside in the lot but great overall!!

Nice room, older hotel but nice enough

Friendly staff and that is it. This hotel is misrepresented in online photos. It is old and dirty. The lobby floors and elevators are dirty. The shabby guest rooms feel so unclean and the carpet is disgusting, the wallpaper is peeling, the shower curtain doesn’t fit the tub, the caulk is cracked and dirty. This hotel does not make you feel safe and comfortable. You will feel cheap and sleazy. It is not a good start to a vacation. I can’t believe Norwegian has given it an official designation. I am so glad to check out.

I just wanted a place to lay my head close to the airport and this was close and reasonably priced. Had I known the condition, I would’ve booked somewhere else

Clean room staff was very friendly balcony was awesome

Didn't have wash cloths, but luckily they had hand towels. The sink looked like a prison upgrade, but the rest of the place was nice.

I wasn’t happy. We came here for a wedding. Elevators were broke or otherwise slow. I came here for a wedding. Entire place smelled like we carpet

Was a very clean established place to stay, the people were friendly. The room was quiet and that’s all I needed , thanks to the staff who were very friendly people, especially the assistant manager.

Don’t book here; even though you pay up front they want another $200 for incidentals. This is highway robbery. Besides the hotel is in the hood so to speak. I chose not to stay.

Was told the deposit was $200, got there and ran my card 5 times before I called my bank and they were charging 230 instead so I had to lead and add money to my account. Then breakfast wasn't free, not worth price of deposit with no free breakfast or pool

Good place too stay with kids

This is an older property, but was well maintained and the parking for both the airport and the cruise terminal is very convenient. The restaurant was understaffed, but they worked their behinds off. They deserve raises for handling dozens of tables with only 2 waitstaff (one of whom was working her first service).

Overall view of the property, the carpet needs an upgrade. It’s very old & has lots of stains. The balcony had about three big spiders & webs on it. You had to go to the 6th floor for the ice machine. The stay was very helpful (Luisa).
