friendly staff it was very clean A hotel should respect and accommodate guests of all religious backgrounds when serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner by offering food choices that consider different religious dietary practices and restrictions. Every guest should feel welcomed, respected, and included regardless of their faith or beliefs. & They didn’t have a pool inside

Loved the staff!! Decor in general, looked industrial and cheap.

The front desk staff that answered the phone and met us upon arrival were kind. They got us into our room early which was much appreciated. Parking was easy to find and the area felt safe. The hotel is under a fair amount of construction on the inside. Upon getting off the elevator there was a strong smell of paint that lingered in our room as well. The thermostat was difficult to use.

This was a great stay! From check in to check out. The front desk was very kind and professional. I really liked how they were in business attire, even the clerk that worked overnight was very professionally dressed. We booked a King bed room, it was one of the largest rooms I have stayed at, I have a mobility scooter I use and usually going into my room is a challenge, but I had plenty of room to move around. The room, hallway, lobby, and outside area was very clean and well cared for. It was close to the airport, and they ran 2 shuttle busses to get there if needed. The breakfast was really good, with many selections. If we go back to this area, we will be staying here again. I can't think of anything. This was a really great place to stay.

I had some difficulty contacting the hotel for airport pickup, but eventually they answered the phone. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Somewhat of a small elevator, but wasn’t a huge issue.

It was clean & new. Obviously going through construction. The shuttle person was very accomodating Breakfast was incomplete. Not everything advertised was available. There were no additional security locks on the doors. (like the bars that are often available) There was rattling of the door knob in the middle of the night which was scary & the answer to my query was "Front Desk. Making sure that everything is ok". The shuttle did not have adequete safety features or a step stool to get into/out of it.

Free parking. Love the room. Bed is comfortable

Airport shuttle pulled up to front door, on time. Driver and hotel staff were friendly.

From check in to check out, the staff was amazing! The room temperature was cool and the room itself was very clean.
