Clean people were nice and great location

Everything was excellent

Very nice staff and hotel accommodations. There was a light not working in room but overall nice room.

Airport shuttle pulled up to front door, on time. Driver and hotel staff were friendly.

From check in to check out, the staff was amazing! The room temperature was cool and the room itself was very clean.

The room looked recently renovated, was very clean, and surprisingly cute. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good but somewhat lacking in options. 10/10 would stay again

Very welcoming staff. Property clean, borders a beautiful park and waterfront! Walking distance to eateries. Great breakfast in am.

But it's a week later and my deposit hasn't been returned yet. I was there for six hour. I slept, I showered, I left.

Our experience was awful. We checked in late at 9 PM and the host at the front was already sleepy and he wasn’t responding well. The moment we stepped in to our room the lock was broken, curtains were broken, no shower gel, the intercom phone isn’t working. I tried to reach out to the front desk host and he is gone. Waited for 20 mins i see no one there. Not worth it and never visiting again here.. terrible

This was the best place I stayed around Philly. I will stay here every time I am home visiting.

Smell of the fresh paint

Fantastic hotel - there is a park near and it was beautiful. The hotel was right at a marina on the Delaware River. And right next to a park dedicated to the Swedish settlement. Decent parking and good breakfast as well as a really nice room.

We were looking for the Harbor Point Inn. shuttle. The shuttle that came had several hotels names on it but not Harbor Point. The driver said this was it. The shuttle’s movable step to enter/exit, was damaged which made it slightly hazardous to step on. When the shuttle made its first stop, the driver had to tell us this was our hotel. We did not see the name Harbor Point. We later learned it was change to Hyatt Select. I would select that hotel again if I travelled to Philadelphia again.

clean and comfortable rooms. due to the renovations that are ongoing, room had a slight odor of laint when j initially arrived, but it dissipated after a hr or so. bed was confy, n location was odeal for my visit.

Nice and it’s close to a park ( my kids enjoyed it) and water which was a plus
